PROS: There are a number of essential functionality it provided for our business business. It's able to help plan out holidays, travel booking, and sharing calendar. Setting of goals and appraisals. We favor it concentrating small/medium business needs, which means it doesn't involve using anything overly big in getting things done.
CONS: I'd love it if there were more dynamic reporting functionality. Or simply offer more reporting options. I feel either of these things will be coming soon. If you have trouble accessing a certain report type, you can always contact support. They usually run the report for you.

PROS: Our staff is spread out in varying cities all over the globe. So it's essential to go for a software capable of supporting varying currencies and countries. Staff Squared is fully up to the task. It supported everything we need. What's more, whenever I needed something or made additional suggestions to the software, their support were always helpful and does things efficiently.
CONS: We'd appreciate it if we get to customize e-mails that go all the way out so they can be aligned more with our branding. But then again, it's teeny issue.
It automated and greatly reduced HR admin for me to concentrate more on team management.
