SuiteDash Review

PROS: The software is absolutely white label.... from URL footers to notification emails. Everything can be changed and branded in my own company's name. Making a custom platform like this by hiring SaaS developers would take away millions. within a healthy budget i am able to get this type of back end system for my company. Its gives a mobile app and web-login for every client and even custom onboarding journeys can be assigned. same can be done for staff. Apart from that all project management features are present from time tracking to invoice to kanban and calender view and works perfectly

CONS: Things are absolutely getting better, The scope is huge. one can customize Suite dash according to their business for that the study material needs to be extensive.... because the software can do lot of things which is not currently there in YouTube, Surely the weekly 1 hour webinar solves the purpose.

PROS: The best aspect is being able to brand all of your customer interactions. You can white label the app and the client portal. Makes small businesses look very high end and professional.

CONS: There is a fairly steep learning curve. There are a lot of moving parts. You have to be willing to watch the videos to get the most out of the functionality.

PROS: Having to have a client CRM management is what you need! You are able to scale your business internationally making chatting and deals easy to work with.

CONS: How the cloud storage loads is some feedback to look into.

PROS: SuiteDash allows me to streamline my processes and create a great experience for my client. It allows me to house everything in one place so that I’m not always toggling systems, remembering multiple passwords and worry if all my systems are secure. Simplifies the process and my clients appreciate that very much.

CONS: This has a learning curve. You really have to be willing to work in it and watch the training videos to become familiar.

PROS: SuiteDash is the best tools I have come across to create a professional experiences for my clients.

CONS: It takes awhile to learn the software but compare to the benefits, it is worthwhile.

PROS: What attracted me to SuiteDash is the ability that this powerful tool has to automate integration to automate the integration, the creation of projects, does away with other tools like Trello, Google Drive, Calendly. In it you can also create forms that integrate with projects automatically. And that's only part of the full potential of this tool, because there are other features that I have not yet used, such as being able to receive payment directly with SuiteDash.

CONS: It has many features and this should be very good, but the fact is that many things to be configured before starting to use and, for me, it was not easy to use, I found it all "Not Intuitive", although there are many tutorials, which are in English, the native language of the tool, I would like it to at least have subtitles in Brazilian Portuguese, at worst it could even be the Portuguese one, something similar. Maybe this would make the process less challenging

PROS: Ease of use, the current features and the features on the roadmap.

CONS: Tasks could have reminders added, projects could be inter-linked between invoices, tasks, etc. so that it becomes easily accessible from most of the pages inside the SuiteDash portal.

PROS: Whitelabeling and automation features are amazing, very customizable to my needs.

CONS: The forms can use more work, I will most likely not use this feature until they add more features.

PROS: I purchased Suitedash because I needed an automated intake platform for my training company. After planning around with Suitedash, I got it set up beautifully. Now I am actually having people register for my courses online and the invoicing, payment collection, and course information distribution is all automated. It has saved me a ton of time!

CONS: I wish customer support was available via chat

PROS: How they're so many business features that you'd normally have to invest in different tools and try to cobble them together but you get it all one in.

CONS: It can seem a little overwhelming and initially I wasn't sure where to start. It helps to be clear about what you actually want to achieve and then see how to use Suitedash to help you or else you could get overwhelmed like I initially was.

PROS: There are lots of features which means that it is a workhorse and will work for most businesses out of the box.

CONS: Can seem a bit overwhelming, but once you get it all set up and configured to your needs it should seem pretty smooth.

PROS: It is very complete suite for business management. Such a all in one.

CONS: Would like more Marketing email templates.

PROS: Best Way for more Selling to my Customer. White Label CNAME Feature and White Label Web App.

CONS: Languages have to be translated manually.

PROS: Keeps getting better and support is amazing and fast.

CONS: The user interface could use some improvement.

PROS: Everything you need for CRM, quotes, invoicing, payments all under one system. Especially though love the branded client portal element.

CONS: There's a lot of options to customise it. Obviously this is good if you need them but there's a lot and I feel I need a day to read up on them.

PROS: Client Management, Project Management, Billing, Proposals, Estimates, and Sales Process options are all available in one place. Not only are they in one place, you're also able to have them work all together through automation!

CONS: The only issue right now is live support. Support is only available via email but they reply quickly and are super helpful!

PROS: In one platform, we have a tool for many necessities as CRM, invoices, Project Manager, Pages for clients...

CONS: The "transition" between pages could be faster... But I guess it is in improvement.

PROS: In addition to the multiple use cases, I find Suitedash to be user friendly. It works for staff and for my customers as well. The portal pages and the fact that you can design a different experience based on the staff or the customer is a very useful aspect of this product.

CONS: I would love to see (and I know this is coming soon) conditional logic added to the email and form flows. It would make SuiteDash more amazing than it already is for my business use. Also adding installment payments (which is also coming soon).

PROS: The best aspect is Suite Dash\'s ability to pretty much run your entire business and interface with your clients in one profession, custom branded workspace.

CONS: The user interface, although feature-rich, doesn\'t quite look as modern and updated as some competitors.

PROS: That you run your entire business from just this product alone

CONS: It is not easy to setup and the new updates do not have a clear way of explaining how to use it, a video along with the written documentation would be a huge help. But it is truly a great product so well worth the learning curve.

PROS: The tool is really great and complete. You can manage all your business. I like in particular the client portal that has a lot of feature and personalization options.

CONS: The speed of the tool can be improved. This is the main issue. I suggest also to improve quotation and invoice layout.

PROS: It's robust features such as email marketing, reoccuring billing, customer contact management, team collaberations.

CONS: The automated email marketing could be more robust. Needs ability to directly sync with email servers and track email interactions similar to Hubspot.

PROS: It performs like a dream, saving me time and money in my publishing business and on all my tasks.

CONS: It seemed complex at first, but my advice is to stay with it - it's power soon becomes clear.

PROS: I am so convinced with the features and capabilities of SuiteDash for almost any kind of need of a business that I have implemented this platform to all of my business's operations. From Intake forms to prospects journey with automation, from transparency with a client portal to accountability with project management tools, portal pages to email marketing from our branded address and above all a truly white-labeled solution. The best part, a lot of features are yet to come which definitely gonna boost up the functionality, user experience and scope of the platform. Excited to be a part of SuiteDash Community.

CONS: There is no problem with the execution and functionality, all that can be improved is the user interface to make it more appealing for the experience.

PROS: Everything I ever wanted in one business App! It gives me everything I need to run my business with one central repository. Clients get to log on from any platform and review the new content, billing info, and more. I can't recommend this app enough to everyone! I'm also super excited about the roadmap, which will make it that much more amazing!

CONS: Need a bit if Time to learn all the possibilities. But after a week it become easier !

PROS: The automation aspects of the app make it very useful. From onboarding a client and automatically creating a project, then having profiles and templates that can be automagically used within those newly created projects as they are created.

CONS: The User Interface is a bit "clunky", and some areas aren't as intuitive as most, but for the most part it's easy to use.

PROS: SuiteDash is truly the swiss army knife of business software, has amazing documentation, and the customer service can't be beat.

CONS: There is a learning curve, however, the documentation is the most well done and thought out I've ever seen, and luckily one can request assistance right from inside the portal.

PROS: The best aspect of this platform is that it combines (very well) several stand-alone products. So it removes the necessity to use multiple tools; because it provides outstanding features for project management, time management, team management, CRM, collaboration and more...frankly it has everything you would need and more.

CONS: This platform has so much that there is a learning curve, luckily there are ample tutorials and documentation to teach you everything.

PROS: I can have all my clients in one easy portal space. It saves me so much time.

CONS: Projects I find are a little difficult to navigate.

PROS: It's all in one app; I love that I can do my contracts, scheduling, and messaging all in the app. I really love the integrations with Zapier and also the email marketing.

CONS: Well I don't have anything that is problematic as all of the issues they have fixed already. I hope the add more support to their customer support. But otherwise no complaints.

PROS: Suitedash for the win!! I tested many portal applications before finding Suitedash. I was shocked at the missing features I found when testing most of their competitors. Suitedash has the features I need plus they are rapidly adding new features all the time. The pricing is a real value as well. I did find a couple of other worthy portal apps, but they charge more for one user than Suitedash charges for unlimited. The real standout feature for me is the ability to customize portal pages to create dashboards or other interactive components to maximize value for clients. You won't find many portals with this feature. It's a no-brainer! Hurry up and lock-in current pricing because with the way they are adding features, it's only a matter of time before pricing increases.

CONS: They have shortcomings for sure, no application is perfect or complete. Nothing I would describe as problematic, though.

PROS: SuiteDash is not just a great CRM tool that makes it easy to manage all your contact data and billing information. This tool also includes strong portal functionalities and marketing features.

CONS: A native integration with MS Outlook would be very beneficial.

PROS: This product is hands down the best All-In-One Business software available today. It is well thought out and had an ever growing list of features. The support is top-notch as well. We have been using this platform for a while now and continue to be impressed! New features are always being added.

CONS: Platform speed could be increased. There is a delay which is sometimes slow and make the platform feel lethargic.

PROS: I’ve tried a few CRM products in the past, but when I tried SuiteDash and saw that it gave me all the tools I needed to manage my web design business, I was sold - lock, stock and barrel. When a potential client clicks on my website’s form, SuiteDash handles my onboarding process from scheduling our first discovery call to the client signing the proposal, the contract and paying the invoice. But that’s not all. After the onboarding phase, the design process automatically kicks in with the project management process, content collection, communications with my team, and support documentation. PLUS, their roadmap is going to bring us such goodies as a ticketing help desk and a learning management system and more. Everything I need, all in one app. Amazing!

CONS: Hard to complain. No conditional logic in forms, features missing in calender integration, live chat with clients and team members missing - all things on the roadmap for Second Quarter, 2021. Having so many options available seems overwhelming at first, but once you "get it" everything falls into place.

PROS: SuiteDash has provided a tried & true one-stop-shop for all the core functionalities needed for our organizations clients and members relationship development in a single platform.

CONS: The initial setup of the platform can be a bit daunting. Even though the Features & Functionality is pretty straightforward, the fact that there are so many features and complex functionalities, the task seems like a big challenge at first sight. The key is to complete the setup in stages and as or when needed for your organization needs. With the continuing addition of more "Complete Use-Case Portal Templates" the platform is becoming even more diverse in its development and application.

PROS: The ability to run many different types of business all within the app is great. From sales, marketing, quotes, invoicing, and project management, this tool has been our company's go-to for the last year and love it.

CONS: Occasionally updates push a feature that I don't want and there's no way to remove. Luckily the support is great and they fix any problems quickly. Also the ability to view a submitted form via email, instead of having to log back into the app to see the submitted form.
