PROS: Easy to use, and is capable of efficiently doing a lot of functions such as handling invoices, quotes, costs, accounting, and reporting among other tasks. It runs online on the cloud as well, so it is easy to open anytime and anywhere. It is accessible for different operating systems and devices too.

CONS: It doesn’t have templates for financial documents, as well as it doesn’t integrate with email platforms. Moreover, it cannot create receipts and send paid invoices.

PROS: Managing all invoices and accounting aspects of our business is now super easy. It is capable of handling invoices for repeat or regular clients too.

CONS: It lacks a PayPal widget for invoices of repeat clients. That could have been very useful since PayPal is a popular online payment platform today.

PROS: This makes invoicing on spreadsheet platforms obsolete! With this tool, I can churn out invoices, then send it to the right clients in no time.

CONS: I need to manually import transactions details because the platform cannot grab those directly from my bank account. Also, I can only send emails to a single address at a time. This is a problem when a client asks me to send one invoice to a few authorized people.

PROS: Simple because it has seamless UI, upfront functions, as well as it isn’t a buggy tool. It has high-speed loading time which makes it a stellar accounting platform too. I haven’t experienced accounting being this convenient ever before.

CONS: This is a superior accounting tool, but I experience some issues. Bank details don’t automatically reflect, so I need to manually encode them. If there’s an option that can solve such a problem, it is difficult to find on the platform.

PROS: Neat, smooth, and fitting platform for solo entrepreneurs. I can trust this for invoice customization, as well as handling receipts through smartphones. Its development team is also teasing users with more great features to be released.

CONS: Automated syncing for UK bank accounts is quite problematic, and it doesn’t feature UK date format which is DD/MM/YY. On a side note, I think its logo should be improved into a better design.
