SupaTOOLS is an IT service management software composed of 4 modules that can be implemented together to provide businesses a powerful, fully integrated platform. These modules are:

  • SupaCMDB
  • SupaDESK
  • SupaRELEASE
  • SupaSTOCK

SupaCMDB is the primary module which serves as the foundation of the other SupaTOOLS modules. It functions as a CMDB and Change Management module as well as an Asset Management solution.

SupaDESK provides support for Incident, Problem and Request fulfillment to SupaCMDB, plus support for Service Portfolio and Service Level Management.

SupaRELEASE id designed to provide advance release management capabilities.

SupaSTOCK is the extension of the SupaCMDB in providing support for multiple quantities of configurations that are needed to be tracked and managed.
