PROS: My day can get fairly hectic so it's great when the system is very quick and everything is at my fingertips. I like how everything has been laid out so professionally and the feeling I get whenever I log in. It actually distresses me in some way!
CONS: I'm waiting for the function whereby I can forward an incident report by email directly from the system.
