PROS: This is a terrific platform for our church, and is used in our office even when staff are out for various possible reasons. It has great tutorials and features that help in managing different economic and financial aspects of our community, such as commitment, contribution and tithes. That is because the app handles credit and debit cards without problems. It helps us determine communications that are taking place such as knowing who is talking to somebody. This lets our head minister easily determine the right task for specific person, which is a big key for keeping orderliness in our team. As our church accountant, it helps me a lot in keeping track of c commitment and other financial concerns.

CONS: I encountered a few problems on the searching filters of the tool. It requires the tedious tagging function when I simply want to modify a profile of an individual or a certain group. I wish the tool has a more convenient editing option on such matter.

PROS: Perfect for managing cell groups and tracking attendance of students. It helps us easily get in touch with them individually when necessary, and help us track their completion and performance in our confirmation church program.

CONS: Features for volunteers are difficult to use. It doesn’t let me put exact dates in each entries because it only allows weekly entries. This is quite problematic since we do many major activities on Wednesdays. We can’t even skip weeks when we don’t meet in the church; meaning, it makes simple tasks quite complicated.

PROS: This is a great platform which handles all info necessary for my purpose. It wonderfully supports emailing, text messaging and mapping in one place as well. Moreover, the app works well for event registration and generating annual statements. Plus, it comes with easy to understand webinars and video tutorials.

CONS: Some features are difficult to configure especially that I’m not a tech savvy type of guy. More video tutorials and webinars for specific features would be helpful. Although, the tool runs seamlessly after the initial setup.

PROS: TouchPoint comes with a fantastic church management app, although its desktop tool is also great. It helps us search church members instantly.

CONS: Marking the volunteer schedule is quite problematic. This is because the tool only features Sundays on the calendar, while we also do services during Wednesdays.

PROS: This app has a stellar user support team that has greatly helped us in big way. Quick respond, and are competent enough in solving different in-app concerns. The guys have helped us migrate data from our old platform to the TouchPoint database seamlessly.

CONS: It has a solid platform, but it has some areas that are left-out. And these are areas that some churches need for info managing, as well as these parts don’t allow enough modifications. Say, we need to think out of box when doing tweaks on a profile, especially that the tool doesn’t allow us to change profile formatting.

PROS: I find the dashboard and homepage interface fabulous. It features smooth user profile that shows complete information and details. This is perfect for tracking attendance and retrieving info of members.

CONS: Running and generating user info reports is a bit problematic. There are many instances when it takes a long time to setup and generate reports. I hope it has some built-in report templates.

PROS: It is easy to find info of certain people once their already in the app’s database. You can look for individual or family profiles, involvement in church activities, and comments certain people make among other details.

CONS: The app is great for our purpose. But it asks extra charges when I need to send text messages to everybody in an entire group or organization.
