For businesses and large organizations, a business version of Google Slides is available, with more premium features and capabilities. Google Slides comes with tons of functionalities and massive integration options to help simplify business processes, including presentations, communications, and collaboration.

Overview of Google Slides Benefits

Google Slides simplifies the way businesses and individuals present their ideas, convey their points, or elaborate their plans and schedules among others. As a web-based presentation application, Google Slides doesn’t require users to purchase and setup additional drives and other hardware nor does the tool demand that you install a software in your existing system. It works from the get go and it is easy to use right off the bat.

It is a presentation application that doesn’t hurt your company’s budget. Google Slides offers very affordable packages that pack a punch when it comes to capabilities and features. With massive storage, you don’t have to worry about running out of space for your documents, videos, and audio files.

As part of the G Suite set of applications, Google Slides is built to work seamlessly with the rest of Google’s applications, including Google Drive, Google Sheets, and the rest. That means you can easily share and instantaneously edit Google Drive documents on the go.

Google Slides is simply perfect for collaboration. You can easily bring in anyone on your file, work on the same documents while using the same version of Google Slides. Collaboration is significantly enhanced because everyone is on the same page, using the same tool.

Making your presentation from your iPhone or Android device is very much aruond the corner. Since each enterprise has unique business needs, it is prudent for them to abstain from searching for a one-size-fits-all faultless software system. Needless to say, it would be futile to try to find such an app even among market-leading software platforms. The clever thing to do would be to catalog the various important elements that need consideration such as required features, budget, skill levels of employees, company size etc. Then, you should do your groundwork thoroughly. Read some Google Slides reviews and investigate each of the other apps in your shortlist in detail. Such comprehensive groundwork can make certain you weed out ill-fitting platforms and choose the app that offers all the elements you need for business success.

Pros: Google Slides is similar to Powerpoint, but the good thing about it is that it has single central location where you along with your team can work on one copy of the presentation, or you can work on a slideshow while others are watching you. Also, the other good thing about is the fact that is accessible from anywhere as long as you log in into your google account from any computer or device.

Cons: The platform needs some improvements. The option to embed a YouTube video into slide is great but it work only while you are online in case you don’t have internet the videos get tricky.

Pros: Because it is Google’s product it has to be perfect. I like that we can work simultaneously on same presentation at the same time. It is highly collaborative tool and it offers cloud based storage and this means that it doesn’t take up storage space on our device and we can easily access the presentations from anywhere. The platform is easy to use, intuitive and well-designed. You have great integration with other google products and it has wonderful features.

Cons: Because it is cloud based product it is restricted to countries with solid internet access. Also, the other thing is that it is not as customizable as Powerpoint or Prezi.
