PROS: What I like best about this tool is the ease of scheduling. I also like that this app lets us assign tags (new, referred, returning, etc.) to our clients.

CONS: None. In fact, Vagaro is the best among the 6 different salon software I've tried. I havent experienced any issue yet.

PROS: Vagaros overall concept is good. I joined this company as it had certain features that looked really useful.

CONS: CAUTION, this company has poor ethics. It is almost impossible to get certain reports especially when you decide you want to leave. They WILL NOT export your customer notes into an excel file you have to manually enter each clients individual profile to access this information. Hairdressers need this data for client formulas medical and other reasons. Withholding this information as far as im concerned is not legal. This software has several floors. 1. It lags often needing to reboot modem and clear cache. Its slow in loading pages. When you challenge this in support its often your end not theirs however all other software on your computer magically, works perfectly or as it should. 2. Support is slow and staff can be somewhat arrogant and unhelpful. They close the session with someone will get back to you and IT DOESNT HAPPEN or 3 days later, high you still having issues. I could not access the account for 3 days a few weeks ago. Delightful watching a spinning will when you need to make an app and a client is waiting on the other end of the phone. 3. Our clients general feedback about online booking, clunky and overcomplicated. 4.We had scrambled calender\'s meaning, we would book an app for 4pm and it would bounce up to 3pm, duley noted the issue was rectified almost 2 week later but its an app scheduling software. If you cant book a service in the time you want and secure it, USELESS! 5. Customers confirmation text were regularly not sent and you could not personalise or format the data within the confirmation text message to open with your brands name leading to clients thinking its spam and not confirming appointment\'s. Defeats the purpose of a confirmation text. 6. Reports options are not up to other industry standards. If you love your reports this is not the best software for you. 7. Overall Vagaro is trying to hard with its features, its over complicated, unreliable and support is not customer service driven. I asked Vagaro for a legal disclaimer providing me evidence into why they cannot give me my clients data. Just to give you some insight into their ethos and genuine commitment to help their clients. This the type of support you will receive. 03:58:59 PM) Can you pls forward the disclaimer that releases you from giving me this information? (04:00:45 PM) Enrique n: I am afraid that there is no disclaimer that you speak of. Our company policy is to not export information on behalf of a business. This would be an action that can be taken by the Account Owner of an account. So they are happy to receive your excel sheet with all the data with no problems. However if you ask for your valuable data that has taken so long to enter there not interested. I have never left a negative review in my 46 years alive as I dont wish any company harm but DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY! They have a lot of work to do before their worthy of your patronage.

PROS: One of the common concerns we have when getting new software is the learning curve. We wanted to have a tool that we can use right away. And Vagaro is just exactly what we need. It’s very easy to learn and use.

CONS: I am not a fan of the web portal that customers use to choose their own schedules.

PROS: We are able to keep a client database and access it with ease whenever needed. Also, making a double-booked appointments with this software is pretty easy.

CONS: It's a bit costly for us but since it made our life easier, I believe it's actually a great investment. It is worth every penny we spend.

PROS: I had fun using the various colors available on this platform. The colors do not just make your list beautiful but also make it easier to view and find appointments. Also, I love the ability to jump to particular dates and block out days when service is unavailable. Lastly, I like the ability to see who is in for the day. Pretty useful when you need the information quickly.

CONS: The system is quite slow. Also, the app offers extra features that I think are not really essential. They just make the app cumbersome. Apart from that, there are days where it goes +1, etc and it's not efficient.

PROS: It can help you do a lot of things like managing clients' appointments, processing credit cards, offering reward points, and even email marketing. So you don't have to get a separate system for each process. Having a single system to do all of the aforementioned tasks is just incredible. It saves business resources and lets you become more efficient. I absolutely love it.

CONS: You can automate follow up text or email but it will be sent to all your clients. It would be better if there's an option to personalize the content of automated messages sent to every client.

PROS: Before using this app, we were bombarded with a product and service-related questions from our clients. But now, clients can already find the answers to their questions online. So we are able to do other things. The processes like scheduling are also made simpler and easier. We are able to finish them faster and save time.

CONS: Sometimes, it lags when we update information. Also, the interface is not very visually appealing. A little amp would be nice.

PROS: It makes booking appointments a breeze. Also, with this app, we are able to keep track of our clients as well as their previous appointments with so much ease. The client database that can be accessed at any time of the day easily has been a valuable thing for our business.

CONS: I am using Vagaro as a service provider and I am quite annoyed when the app just suddenly switches me to a client user. I suggest they offer a Vagaro version designed only for the service providers.

PROS: There are many features. One of which is the client-facing online scheduling which is my favorite. It is very easy to use for clients and easy for me to modify when needed.

CONS: I have some problems with reports. They aren’t as inclusive as I wish and there’s only a little opportunity for customization.

PROS: We are able to view the schedules of stylists at once, keep a complete database of our clients with notes about the services they want to get or they have already acquired, and even generate detailed reports. On top of that, it makes inventory management a breeze. We are able to automate processes such as sending purchase orders to our vendors and it's really a huge help.

CONS: There are times when we cannot merge the profiles of our clients. So having relevant notes is important to avoid problems.

PROS: It can be accessed on desktop, mobile devices, and tablets. And whatever device you choose, the software works seamlessly and easy to use. I love this because I am able to bounce between those devices smoothly throughout the day. Another great thing about the platform is that it is web-based. Meaning to say, you can access it whenever and wherever you are as long as you have an internet connection. I love this because it lets me work from home as well as while on the go. Lastly, I love the automated reminders as well as confirmations - features that make my job easier.

CONS: I find the checkout procedure quite cumbersome. And this becomes a problem when many clients check out on close succession. It somehow affects the speed of our operations. For instance, the app asks the credit card type used by the customer. I know it's like a minor thing but still, it adds seconds or sometimes minutes in the process. The app also asks the type of customer (whether new, returning, et ). This isn't even an optional question! I have a busy, small salon and sometimes when there are many customers and they check out at the same desk, those small things I have mentioned slow down the salon's check out process. And it's not good for business. Nevertheless, this software still gives what my business need.

PROS: What I like best about this software is its ease of use as well as its mobile devices support. The ability to access the platform from my phone has been very convenient and helpful. It's possible to book or cancel appointments even while you're away from the office.

PROS: I just love the range of things this software can do for our salon. It is able to host the salo's website, book appointments, give customers an option to book online, process credit cards, generate detailed reports, and so much more. I definitely love this product and will continue using this as long as we need this kind of platform. The best thing, it is within the budget.

CONS: I have one concern but it isn't a big deal. Whenever a client uses multiple services or want to change the service he/she has asked for or simply wish to reschedule, I have to do them one by one. It would be nice if there's a function that can make the aforementioned processes faster and more efficient.
