Veeqo Review

PROS: Veeqo is an incredible solution that makes managing your e-commerce business easy breezy work. It works excellently for my three primary needs: integrate with e-commerce platforms, tally sales, and ship orders. The dashboard is very clean, my team members and I can easily locate commands and view all the information I need on whatever stage the sale is.

CONS: So far, there is nothing to dislike about Veeqo. But a looming concern may be what happens when we add more products, how do we modify or add changes to the system. But Veeqo assured that their implementation team will work with us in every step of the way.

PROS: First off, for a multi-channel platform, Veeqo is very straightforward, just effortless to learn and use. Its integration with shipping platforms is also very flexible and runs seamlessly. The customer support service has been very helpful in our transition into the platform. More importantly, the solutions they offer were tailored to our needs.

CONS: To customize the platform to your business needs, you have to work closely with its technical support team who will do all the work. While it is an additional process, at least we don't have to worry about how to do the tasks.

PROS: Veeqo provided me with an easier and faster way to process orders. The best benefit I'm realizing is being able to control my business from all channel e-commerce channels through a single platform.

CONS: Veeqo perfectly suits my needs. I have zero issues with it.

PROS: Veeqo serves our order and dispatch management systems, making these tasks easy to implement. On top of an already highly sophisticated platform is the very helpful customer care team which always responds promptly to our questions and concerns.

CONS: Using the platform will take a while, relatively longer than with other platforms.

PROS: One of Veeqo's features which I am enjoying a lot is the free barcode scanner which is available starting at the business package. I'm also pleased with this package overall. It can process 4,000 orders, track 6,000 products in your inventory, allow access to up to three users, and integrate your accounts from three marketplaces so you can just access them all in one dashboard instead of having to jump from one platform to another. Another thing I love about Veeqo is its customer support representatives. I have encountered a lot of different ones already and each is very nice, impressively patient with a difficult person like me. They also value your feedback as they would do upgrades which are based on your comments.

CONS: Veeqo has to step up its game in terms of making its interface run smoother and shedding redundant processes. I have also recommended Veeqo, through its customer representatives, to explore the possibility of adopting a scan to ship features. With this feature, our warehouse staff would be able to just scan and locate the item to be dispatched, much easier than the current process where they search through the warehouse using search engines. This current process takes around five minutes to complete.

PROS: Veeqo's simplicity and ease of use are the best highlights of the product. The dashboard is clean and uncluttered, making navigation easy and quick. We had tried a number of software before we switched to Veeqo and we are never coming back. The features are just useful, such as printing shipping labels by the bulk, inventory and order management. The software saves us time and every work process is streamlined.

CONS: We would love for it to offer a few more courier integrations.

PROS: I didn't have a hard time setting up Veeqo and once I am ready to go, I just rolled with it. The system is able to sync my stocks across multiple sales channels. Printing shipping labels is a walk in the park as that process is automated, thus expediting the order process drastically. The sales reports are easily comprehensible and the breakdown of our performance is very detailed.

CONS: It would have been a more awesome product had they have more courier alternatives.
