PROS: VWO is flexible and easy to use. This conversion software offers vast possibilities. You can use wildcard rules to manage various URLs. Plus, You can manage a large number of campaigns, tag them, add notes, and share with your team members. You can easily start campaigns, pause them, and archive them. It is simple to find old testings. I think the best part about VWO is the AB tool. The knowledge base is very useful with many videos. You can find answers to almost anything in it. I’ve used many other apps for testing and I highly recommend VWO.
CONS: I am testing the customer support agents right now to check if they are prompt and helpful.

PROS: You can perform plenty of tasks with VWO including testing and measuring stuff. You can use the app to run a full scale CRO program and make smart iterative changes to your website.
CONS: The tool is robust but complex. We found it difficult to set up complex tests and suffered failed experiments as we could not measure the right stuff, and faced cross browser problems and uncertain results. The support agents were very helpful, but we were still frustrated as the results were not up to the mark. Another issue is some of the features we need are offered only with the Enterprise package.

PROS: VWO offers excellent customer support and we would like to mention the stellar service provided by Rauhan and his team who have resolved our issues promptly every time we called them. They are so reliable that we feel they are part of our company’s team.

PROS: I like that we can test all the changes we want to make on our website effortlessly and trust the results. My account manager is great and provides prompt help. VWO integrates with Google Analytics which helps us analyze our results deeply and gain meaningful visitor behavior insights.
CONS: There are a few glitches I would like to point out. Sometimes, the system takes a little time to start working and also fails to load the editor on my computer. Plus, the interface is slow and the preview mode can act up sometimes. However, I will continue to use the app as it provides good results.

PROS: I think VWO is a great app because we run multiple tests within the system and it gives accurate insight about the customer experience whether it is winning or losing.
CONS: The app could do with some improvements. It could add a tracking feature that doesn’t need to be set up for each test, but captures details about each running test for revenue and conversions. This tracking feature can help us set up tests more quickly.

PROS: VWO offers loads of useful features at a much more affordable cost compared to competitor products which we have also used. The features provide plenty of value to us.
CONS: The AB testing part could be improved to clarify the data that is being reported back. This feature is handled well by apps like Optimizely. It is also hard to set up the tests with a buggy editor. Plus, the user interface hangs up sometimes. Despite the glitches, I think VWO is a good solution that we use for testing on multiple clients.

PROS: I like that the interface is simple and easy to use. The vendor keeps adding new features constantly, but has ensured the price stays the same. There is no other app that offers such excellent features at such an affordable price.
CONS: Sometimes, the sophisticated features do not work well. For example, the heat maps don’t overlay properly sometimes. But to be fair, overall, it is a reliable software.

PROS: I rate VWO’s customer support as the best in the market. They called us themselves after we registered for the free trial and scheduled a video call in which they explained all the features of the app clearly.
CONS: I feel the reporting feature could be improved as some of the reports were lacking when we were testing heat maps for our responsive design. To be fair, we are still running the tests, so the reports could turn out to be alright later.

PROS: For me, the highlights of VWO are the app is easy to learn with an intuitive interface, works well with responsive design, and the customer support is world class.
CONS: There are a couple of glitches. All your tests get paused when you exceed your traffic limit, but the drawback is they don’t automatically reactivate the next month when you get a fresh traffic limit. Second, based on my tests I feel the system is slowing down page-load times on our website.

PROS: VWO offers all the features needed for optimization. They include testings, user behavior analysis, and feedbacks. The wysiwyg editor is easy and simple to use. However, you need technical knowledge for high level tests. The vendor offers helpful customer support and the account managers sort out all our problems for us. To top it all, the vendor constantly updates the product with regular new roll-outs.
CONS: A couple of areas need to be improved. There is no option to save goals and only frequently used goals are auto-saved. Second, integration with Omniture is offered only through synchronous-code. To be fair, this seems to be the case with competitor products also.
