What is Vizitor?

Vizitor is a visitor management software that streamlines the visitor check-in and check-out process and all the stages in between. It effectively removes the need for visitor forms and logbooks as Vizitor digitizes the entire journey. No more front desk personnel scrambling to gather the visitor’s information and purpose and dialing up the host to inform them that a guest is coming.

The software automatically gathers and saves the visitor’s details, including the name, contact information, the purpose of the visit, etc. Vizitor snaps a photo of the visitor and automatically attaches them to its respective profile, greatly enhancing identification capabilities and overall security. Badges can be generated for specific visitors who require special access and permissions to critical personnel and facilities. Badges are trackable, providing security/admin personnel a real-time picture of the guest’s location.

Once the visit is concluded, the visitor is required to check out using the Vizitor Digital interface at the front desk, ensuring that the visitor has indeed logged out and exited the premises. This is crucial in recording the visit and saving the information for future use.
