PROS: For most systems, you will not get the kind of customer service Wagepoint has. The responsive is amazing with a 5 minutes maximum wait before you get a representative to help you out. They do not just look to solve your issue and move on, they help you succeed in using the tool for your payroll needs. In the process, you get to learn more about the product and save time due to the fast response you get for the issues you have.

CONS: Issues will always be there but it is how they are addressed, which either will keep you interested, or think of switching to another product. For Wagepoint, they have their customers’ queries in check. Every situation or difficulty you face will not only be addressed in full but also within a short period. With that said, I did not find anything I did not like about the product.

PROS: Price. That is literally the only good thing. But if you need any customer support you can kiss that goodbye.

CONS: The customer service is Terrible. I would never recommend this to anyone. Run away.

PROS: It has allowed me to process and manage payroll for multiple companies with many employees. I can do this within a short time which makes work easier. For example, I manage payroll for about 7 clients with more than 30 employees which takes me lesser time as compared to other payroll systems. With such speed, I can find value in this product. Also, it enhances payment of the relevant tax to the CRA remittances for our clients.

CONS: It is a great tool with great user experience. Since we run an accounting agency, our clients depend on us to make sure that their payroll is up to date. Until now, I have not seen anything negative about the product as it makes our accounting simple and hassle-free and thus happy clients.

PROS: The tool gives a good user experience. Entering data into software is very easy and less tiring. Anyone can do this. The platform is simple which adds to how effective the tool can be. It is easy to get around the product and thus there is no learning curve. The customer service beats all as it is highly responsive and helpful when you face problems using the product. You get all the help you need and more to help you make the best use of the tool.

CONS: There are no negative things or experiences about the product. It works fine. However, they can do better in terms of navigating from one employee to the next. In this case, when you want to go to another employee in the same module, it takes you to the main list. This can be time consuming and disappointing. The developers can work on this for future upgrades of the product.

PROS: The tool is simple to set up, run payroll and manage your employees in general. If you are looking for tool that has your payroll need in mind, then Wagepoint is the best that there is. Small businesses can find this product reliable as they will feel appreciated. The kind of customer service they offer is real and helpful. You get your issues dealt with and get to continue with the smooth operations of the tool.

CONS: It would be better if the tool could be customized more depending on the needs of your business. When it comes to preparing payroll for your business, you have to get it approved. The tool does not offer such a feature and an upgrade which includes this functionality would be helpful. I can process payroll and send it to my manager for approval without having to download it.

PROS: From payroll management to ensuring that you are compliant with the relevant government bodies, Wagepoint is at your service. The set up process is easy which lets you manage your employees with ease. Apart from that, you generate reports in the form you like and bill employees for the hours worked. Such functionalities help you to manage payroll in the best way possible without much hassle.

CONS: The set up process can take a lot of your time to complete. This is especially the case with the employee and company set up. Luckily, you can get all the help you want in every step you take from the reliable customer support the tool has.

PROS: The only good feature of this product would be the cost. It's very cheap, but you get what you pay for in the end. Wagepoint is not recommended. I stopped using Wagepoint earlier this year, when I switched to another payroll company.

CONS: Communication. Multiple times when I called to get help, there was no one to help. The only way to talk with a Wagepoint employee is to call the Sales line. There is never a Wagepoint employee available. Support staff is non-existent. You will likely leave a voice mail message, or have to send an email to get any questions answered. I called in to get the company W2s and year-end documents, and never received a call back. I had to hire an accountant to reverse engineer my W2s so I could complete my taxes. Do not use this service if you require any modicum of help or supoort.

PROS: Initially, we used ADP to manage our payroll services. However, we did not get value for money and the customer support was not that reliable. A switch to Wagepoint made all the difference. We were able to experience the best customer support and manage our payroll with the utmost professionalism. When it came to filing tax returns, the tool offers the best of those services. We can pay our employees and produce reports on the same which are error-free. It is practical, professional and a must-have for any small business.

CONS: Every problem we have encountered has been neutralized by the Wagepoint’s support team. In short there is nothing to say negative about the product. Everything is near perfect. The team not only answers your questions, but also it does it faster and in detailed form. They help you grow together and thus understand well how to make use of the product.

PROS: It embraces the modern technology by making it easy for employees to access their payroll information. When it comes to payroll management, you have to put in mind the needs of your employees. Wagepoint has made this possible with the web-based version of the product. Employees can go online and access their payroll details regardless of where they are provided they are connected to the internet.

CONS: Although the tool offers seamless payroll management functionalities, employees are unable to view their social security numbers and W4 details. Apart from that, they cannot see what their bank account numbers are as they are hidden. This means that they have to enter them again just to be certain.

PROS: It has become our payroll partner since we started using it. When it comes to payroll management, Wagepoint performs beyond our expectations. It has what we need and more. For the customer support team, it offers the best support with their fast response to our questions. Through them, we get to explore what the tool has to offer and more, making it easier to implement it.

CONS: I cannot think of anything I did not like about this product or something that was off about it. It brought everything to the table and offers the best payroll services to our business. From customer support to the payroll features, it helps make our work easier.

PROS: What I liked best about Wagepoint is the customer support and the speed of responsiveness to the queries I have. I can send an email and get response within the day. Apart from that, I get to deal with a single customer support representative all the way. This allows me to build a relationship as the representative can learn about the problems I face and offer tailored help for smooth operation of the product. In short, I am well taken care of moving forward.

CONS: I have faced some minor problems in the past. However, Wagepoint’s support team has come out to offer the best help and for now I cannot think of anything wrong, or I dislike about the product. To be honest, I am happy using the product for my payroll management operations.
