PROS: Running a medium scale business can be a real challenge if you have limited employees. The workload can be too much for them to handle, resulting in mismanagement or poor service. I am glad that I found out all about Well Living and how it can reduce manual tasks by more than fifty percent. It provides us with top of the line tools that help us automate our workload, making it possible for us to finish everything on time.

CONS: Before they should introduce brand new add-ons for the product, I guess it would be best to try it for some time to see if it will work well. These are some of the reasons why we sometimes experience extreme latency issues.

PROS: WellnessLiving gives me a better and faster option to communicate with my clients. I can always send then chats and emails for any updates, promos, and class schedules.

CONS: I always have to wait very long in the queue for a WellnessLiving support rep to help me out. I pay for monthly premiums, so I guess that I deserve excellent service.

PROS: Before switching to this software, I had a lot of doubts and worries on my mind. I was scared of the learning curve and how other people, especially my employees and clients, think of the new app. One of my close friends who was using WellnessLiving recommended it for my business and told me that it works for her, and I have nothing to lose. So I decided to avail of the most basic plan and see how things go from there. I was surprised that the product is packed with amazing features that streamline some of our most repetitive tasks. We can fix client schedules and work on payroll using one system only. Aside from that, I always call customer service to ask for help with a lot of things. Since I am a new customer, it's normal for me to ask questions. I am surprised at how professional and polite the staff is, and they are also willing to provide some pointers and a brief tutorial on how to use WellnessLiving.

CONS: A little bit of tweaking on the staff schedule and client calendar would be appreciated. Sometime I would need to edit an employee profile so I can assign a class under his/her name. Aside from that, there is nothing else that I’m worried about, so I can say that transitioning to WellnessLiving has been one of the smartest decisions that I’ve ever made.

PROS: This particular application has made our day to day operations a lot easier because everything is catered to in one single platform. It allows us to process online orders of our items, fill up membership forms, book appointments, collect payments, and send bulk marketing emails. I like that I can set up a video call with my staff and clients to finalize plans for major events or appointments.

CONS: We sell a lot of our merchandise through our online site, and we were not allowed to add our voucher codes so clients can purchase them at a lesser price, which is only made available on a limited time. It's sometimes challenging to assign a trainer to a particular online fitness class, which makes it frustrating because it confuses my staff.

PROS: Software is easy to use and customer service is excellent!

CONS: Client users would like to see monthly view of schedule instead of daily view of classes.

PROS: I’m recommending this WellnessLiving application for the health and wellness industry. It gives you access to features that help you provide a better experience to your clients. Their CS team has been very diligent when it comes to resolving our issues. They call us back to ensure that everything is doing well on our end.

CONS: I appreciate the callbacks and follow-ups from the support team, but I hope that they should do this within our office hours and weekdays only. I told them about this concern several times already, and nothing has changed. Also, I hope that they could change the layout of their calendar so my clients can easily choose their preferred schedule. Usually, they call us to ask if there are available slots on particular days rather than directly booking it.

PROS: Easy to navigate for both admin and clients alike!

CONS: Zero. Literally nothing to add or change for me and the studio.

PROS: WellnessLiving gives me peace of mind because I am never worried about what could go wrong whenever I use it. I can always bank on their support team to help me resolve unexpected issues from time to time. The tool itself is so smart that it allows me to do so many things with ease and confidence. I use it to encourage my students to book classes online, and I also like how the performance and sales reports are laid out because they make it easier to read and understand.

CONS: They should look into the online forms further because sometimes the link is not working. The clients have issues with the online registration form, so I have no choice but to print out a hard copy and enter it manually later on.

PROS: Intuitive software and very easy to learn and use to get your business up and running quickly

CONS: Fitting all the information on the screen so you don't have to scroll side to side

PROS: When I finally decided to switch to Wellness Living last year, I was a little scared to leave my prior business managing company, even after not being happy with their pricing for so long. On one hand, my studio had 4-years of client data, and I was worried about the migration. Our staff and members were also familiar with the prior platform, and I was nervous about starting over with a new system. From my first call to Wellness living I felt safe and well taken care of. The on boarding experience was amazing. Data migration was seamless as it can get, and we receive on boarding support for at least a month after the transition -this was a hot line exclusive just to us (new members). In the end, we were up and fully running within 2 weeks. Our staff and members got used to the new software right away! The software is easy to use, and they grandfather us on a pricing for life! (say what?). Whenever we had questions, the support team has always been very helpful in quickly answering our questions and educating us. We are very happy to have switched programs, and highly recommend the Wellness Living Business Management Solution and the team. Switching software can be scary, but with a well managed software and great support team and at a great price, making the switch is a no brainer. Thanks so much Wellness living!

CONS: While there are some things I dislike, I voice those, and usually get the issue dealt with or put on a list for future upgrades. I think the WL team is on the right track.

PROS: We are transitioning from another software and this one is simpler, more intuitive, and as a kicker is cheaper!

CONS: Nothing so far but so far so good. Support is fast to answer the phone and knowledgeable which is a huge plus!

PROS: Best Aspects: customer service, an abundance of features, easy to use, amazing app, quick response time, constant upgrades and new features, intuitive.

CONS: Every minor issue I've ever had has been promptly taken care of.
