WhatConverts is a customer relationship management software that is designed to track calls, view leads generated from multiple channels such as web forms, chat sessions, and eCommerce transactions; and manage those leads to have an easy access to marketing information and metrics. The tool offers an integrated business reporting that aids agencies to analyze the effectiveness of marketing methods and campaigns; and determine which lead sources and targets  are generating sales value.

A noticeable and unique feature of WhatConverts is the manner in which it tracks and reports leads. The software traces a lead back to the source where it originated. It tracks leads from multiple sources which include search engines such as Google, Bing and Yahoo. It also collects leads and conversions from social media platforms, directory sites, referring sites as well as paid searches like AdWords. In  tracking a lead, the specific marketing campaign/method used that generated such lead is also provided. Even the keyword used by that triggered the lead is available in this software.
