PROS: Wild Apricot is helpful for boosting our efficiency when it comes to managing different non-profit industry bodies from various fields. It helps keep income flowing smoothly, as well as bolsters interaction among personnel and volunteers. The tool gets updated regularly as well, with each update closely verified to ensure quality. And they give an ample amount of time for all personnel to learn new updates as well.

CONS: Wild Apricot cannot export files to the latest formats of MS Excel. Also, we need to change or delete an existing contact name before we can search for another one when sending emails. Aside from these, Wild Apricot has no big flaws that hinder us from work. In fact, we’ve been using this for managing various industry bodies, and only one of them opted to use some other platform.

PROS: We haven’t experienced any problem when using this platform. It has a cool and smooth interface, and it is very easy to use even if you’re not a tech-savvy person. I like how professional its user support is as well.

CONS: I hope there is a feature that can mark certain canceled membership. Other than this, I have nothing to complain about the platform.

PROS: Managing different data we keep is very seamless with Wild Apricot. We do not have any problems using and browsing the platform each day.

CONS: It is difficult to free the database with unnecessary second copies of accounts. We experience this problem because some people make new accounts using different email addresses. Although, this is not really a problem with the platform itself.

PROS: Wild Apricot helps me every day because it is integrated with my business. I also use it for almost two dozen organizations, since a Wild Apricot account helps each of them to handle membership matters. The platform also has excellent functionalities in terms of handling newsletters, managing contact and member lists, as well as for handling events. Moreover, it’s fantastic for building websites because of its professional and cool themes as well as highly customizable designs. What’s more, it is more affordable than other options too, especially when you think of all the features packed in this tool.

CONS: Better and newer designs and themes in the web builder would be great. Yes, existing themes in Wild Apricot are cool, but they need some tweaks to cope up with recent demands. I have no other problem when using this platform, aside from what I’ve mentioned.

PROS: We use Wild Apricot with our regular staff since we do not need to hire a professional web developer for it. It efficiently helps us handle membership related tasks, similar to member application and renewal. Wild Apricot is helping us manage events and functional websites too. Moreover, I’ve been using Wild Apricot for years, but I haven’t experienced any security problems with the platform. Instead, I regularly receive updates that enhance its performance.

CONS: It is quite difficult to format webpages and text contents. There’s no big problem aside from this one.

PROS: We spent a lot of time looking for software that will meet the needs of our company. The problem is that we have so many platforms that it takes time to finish specific tasks. We also end up using a lot of paper, and we sometimes tend to lose them, which causes chaos in the workplace.

CONS: A few improvements can be made to Wild Apricot to improve our experience. One example is the shipping rates that are fixed on the website. We want to make adjustments on the pricing, but right now we can't do so. I'veI've raised this issue, and I'mI'm glad that they're doing something about it.

PROS: I appreciate all the efforts that Wild Apricot is doing to please their clients. I can reach out to them through their social media accounts which I find very supportive. They never miss out to send us friendly reminders through our email accounts to help us address some issues.

CONS: It’s a reasonably reliable app, but it needs to step up its game so that its clients remain loyal subscribers. I can say that planning for significant events can be challenging due to limited choices. As much as you would like to execute everything that you have planned, I’m afraid that you have to make adjustments because not everything that you want is available on the platform. Reports also need to be more calibrated and organized, so we do not have to double-check the figures anymore.

PROS: Automation can do a lot of things to the business because it empowers employees to do other tasks other than filing and typing. Wild Apricot takes charge of sending bulk emails for updates to all clients plus annual club membership renewals are being taken care of by the system.

CONS: We need to spend more time learning to use the application. We find it a bit confusing at first, but fortunately, we were able to get past our challenges after familiarizing ourselves with the app.

PROS: Wild Apricot does so many things for the business. There are times when we are short-staffed, so I have to do so many things on a single workday. I realized that managing a website is not that tasking anymore. I can register clients online, monitor if payments have been made, or keep track of our ongoing events. Whenever I need to see how we are raking against our competitors, I can quickly generate reports and see what needs to be done differently.

CONS: Glitches and lags tend to happen now and then. Sometimes its a struggle to get into the right page or links and you have no choice but to keep on clicking the back icon repeatedly. I guess this has something to do with coding issues. I am glad tech support told me that they are now looking into the problem.

PROS: It’s easy to send individual and bulk emails to your clients. It saves you hours of your time each day because Wild Apricot is capable of making your workload lighter and still get amazing results.

CONS: The company should try to adjust the way they build or improve websites because not all clients prefer using their pre-made templates. My business has a site that has been existing for years already. The only thing that I would like to happen is to have more people visit it every day. Enhancements can be done on the content and interface, but I do not want to change the format because it can confuse my clients.
