Xactly Incent Pro Review

PROS: Xactly has so many great features that I really find extremely useful to our team -- the customizable view of orders, at-a-glance prediction of commissions and credits, the automated calculations... everything about it is just awesome. It's an upgrade from simple using Excel.

CONS: The user interface and its design is not consistent in all pages. It creates confusion.

PROS: Xactly helps our Sales team monitor their compensations in real-time. It also automates lots of processes so it's also a great help to our overall workflow.

CONS: The analytics and reporting component of this software can still be improved by making it more intuitive and easier to use.

PROS: Xactly is an intuitive software that offers tons of basic courses to help users navigate through it seamlessly!

CONS: The analytics components are a bit complicated, so users would need some time to get used to it.

PROS: There are tons of things I like about Xactly and these are: (1) helps my team reach our targets; (2) reduces manual errors; (3) integrates with SalesForce; (4) calculates accurately; (5) exports data into CSV easily; (6) responsive customer support; (7) adapts to any industry; (8) user-friendly; (9) provides compensation breakdown; (10) offers different measurement criteria; (11) promotes transparency among teams; and (12) highly customizable!

CONS: Since this app has a lot of functions, it might take time for the administrator to learn all of it. I also don't like the restrictions in the analytics component of the app.

PROS: I love so many things about Xactly! The best thing about it is their awesome support team and the software's intuitiveness!

CONS: I think that the display and filtering of data can still be improved by a mile.

PROS: Xactly simplifies reporting and tracking of compensations with its user-friendly, easily navigatable interface. The dashboard helps our sales team track offers and available openings.

CONS: The system sometimes lags when updating. I also think that the pricing is a bit expensive.

PROS: Xactly is an expert in handling data! We usually get data from two different sources and Xactly is always able to consolidate these data seamlessly! This app is highly dependable, accurate, and fairly easy to use.

CONS: It used to have a complicated reporting system, but it improved over time after a few updates. Their support team is always there to help.

PROS: Xactly is a great software. Maintaining it is a piece of cake and the data it produces is consistently accurate. I highly recommend this software! Bonus points for their awesome and professional customer support!

CONS: It is better than what I expected so I have no complaints about it.

PROS: It's a simple app. I love it because it gives me an accurate preview of the commissions I'm about to receive every month.

CONS: There are some unfamiliar words used in the dashboard.

PROS: I have great trust in Xactly! It's an awesome app that allows us to accurately calculate commissions, track earnings and quota, and fast-track our monthly accrual process.

CONS: They could improve the analytics portal by making it more flexible and functional. The reporting feature can also be improved by adding pay to performance reporting.

PROS: A support consultant was assigned to us and our coordination with him has been excellent from the very beginning. Our Sales Division is now confidently using Xactly because the program's support team is consistently assisting them. This app is really straightforward and definitely better than the apps we've been using before.

CONS: I wish the reporting component will be more customizable.

PROS: Xactly is a versatile app that allows us to import data from our CRM. It has a completely functional Analytics Dashboard and a unique and comprehensive reporting system. The user interface is great and I love that it allows users to configure plans using the app itself.

CONS: The user interface screens that use flash is not properly functioning. It also takes time to get through queues when requesting tech support/assistance.

PROS: I love Xactly for its intuitiveness and straightforward interface.

CONS: I hope that the developers will add notifications every time data is uploaded.

PROS: I love how Xactly basically gives me a glimpse of my next pay! This user-friendly, mobile, and up-to-date app pre-computes the commissions I've earned.

CONS: While it's generally user-friendly, I wish navigating through the app could be easier.
