PROS: As a company with less than 50 employees, we do not need all the features: the support team helped us to turn those features off and maximize the usability of the features we need. We like the monthly Employee feedback feature.

CONS: The Italian translation of the software was not complete - some modules still had English words, however recently it has improved and now everybody is able to fully use it.

PROS: We were able to discard multiple paper and excel sheets creating silos and data loss. Real time data are collected on time clock terminals located at our clients sites, mostly manufacturing. The main advantage is instant overview of who turned out on the shift. Accurate reports and outputs with the attendance data improved our invoicing cycle.

CONS: Some features / reports need customizationbut the development team is ready to implement requested changes.

PROS: We are using negative attendance monthly timesheets. We are happy that system has this option. The timesheets are automaticly filled in the begining of each month according to the work calendars. We are only recording different types of absences. This saves our time.

CONS: So far so good
