Bearing in mind businesses have distinctive business-related demands, it is prudent they steer clear of preferring a one-size-fits-all, “perfect” business application. However, it is futile to try to pinpoint such application even among sought-after software systems. The sensible thing to do can be to make a list of the several chief aspects which entail analysis like important features, packages, skill capability of the users, company size, etc. Thereafter, you must conduct the product research to a full extent. Read some Yesware reviews and explore each of the software programs in your list more closely. Such detailed research ensure you circumvent unfit software products and buy the system which provides all the features your business requires.

PROS: I love how Yesware informs me when someone opens the emails I sent. Another good thing about the software is that I can "remind" people that they have received and read my email. This is crucial especially if people just say the usual "we never got that invoice" excuse. I have a log to prove it and I "gently" remind them that we have sent an emai.
CONS: There is not one thing I dislike about Yesware. It has been a good ride so far, although it would be great if the mail merge function is available in all packages.
The least favorable review
PROS: Yesware's core functionality is all I need - telling me when someone opened my emai. The interface is also a big highlight. I also love the fact that it integrates with Gmail, enabling me to see email opens without having to exit the program.
CONS: The default pop up notifications are really annoying, especially if you send large volumes of emails. That means I get bombarded with notifications when I send my prospects and clients with bulk emails. I can simply turn that off if it gets annoying. I would also love it if they had a daily report of recent activities. Scheduling emails and the reminder feature are both lackluster.

PROS: In the intermediate level, Yesware is product that does a good job in terms of performance. It's a critical sales tool worth keeping. When it comes to the product level, its templates ended up being used frequently. They helped us make the most of our time. It allowed us to create the proper message for every sales cycles stage.
CONS: There's not much to hate with Yesware. An area that could use some improvement would be its analytics. Since we make heavy use of Yesware for outbound campaigns, it'd be a big benefit to go back the last month. This would make it easier in comparing campaign metrics.

PROS: Yesware greatly enhanced my team's efficiency. Its templates are fantastic in heping us with our e-mail outreach. This is so we can make a measurement on which templates are deemed highly effective for certain outreach types. It's great to save us time since it automatically logs things in Salesforce. In a nutshell, it saved us time and helped us be more smart with things.
CONS: Just recently, its integration for Outlook is a lot more stable. But we still faced problems whenever we use it. The web app's reporting functionality could use some improvement.

PROS: Yesware allows me to receive real-time information, like prospect reading my emails, mail merge data, and links clicked to mention a few. With all the information that is available to me, I can quickly decide to move in to a certain prospect if their actions indicate they are interested in what I offer.
CONS: I hope Yesware fix the bug in the mail merge function. Most of the time, I have to exit the program as well as Gmail and then log back in just to edit something.

PROS: If you're making use of G-Mail but you don't own Yesware, then you've missed out on something big. I've tried and tested other e-mail marketing services. So far, Yesware is the best that the market has to offer. I like how the info is delivered directly to your inbox regarding the sent e-mails. It'll help enhance your e-mail communication thanks to their awesome blog and analytics.
CONS: At times, I receive interferene with other third party extensions. But this could be from me overusing some extensions. Aside from that, there's no other e-mail client like it that has other functionality that Yesware lacks.

PROS: There is no doubt that Yesware is the best email tracking software we have used. We love its email tracking functionality and how it seamlessly syncs with Salesforce. But the customer service is the best thing about Yesware. They exceeded my expectations. Whenever I have issues, I know I can depend on them to get me through.
CONS: There are instances when emails end up not being tracked because people tend to check and uncheck tick boxes.

PROS: I've simply fallen head over heels with Yesware. I'm a Yesware user for the past past few years. There's a lot to love with it. Gains have been efficient. It's a great time saver and workflow has never been this simple.
CONS: I wouldn't picture it as something I'd hate. But I'm a little curious in terms of where the product is headed. Other tools for sales intelligence are mainly concentrated on list building, lead gen, and targeting (via different tech forms).
An amazing tool that continutes to improve.

PROS: Mail merges are way too easy to set up. Plus, they can be customized. It also comes with Salesforce integration (a huge plus!). Click-to-call can easily be set up. I can now use my smartphone for calls and tracking Salesforce without failure.
CONS: Once the mail merge is set and ready, it can be challenging to get rid of/tracking emails from within the list. At times, you'll wind up sending e-mails you're not supposed to. I'm making use of a tool known as Export to Salesforce. Basically, it allows for exporting of LinkedIn profiles directly from Salesforce. If there's another way to export new contacts a lot quicker straight to Salesforce, then it would tremendously save a lot of time.

PROS: The good thing about Yesware is being able to remain granular yet be efficient with follow-ups. Its reminder functionality has proven to be useful. The same goes for its template. Such methods keep you reminded (in case there's no response). A tailored message can be applied as your succeeding touches.
CONS: Some small things to take note of. If you somehow forgot to set a reminder and you're constantly going back and forth with e-mails, it won't show the number of times the e-mail has been opened or clicked. Whenever you offer a hyperlink, it'll show the domain of Yesware but it'll redirect it to the webpage you're aiming to bring the prospect too. This can be annoying since a prospect will observe you tracking them --- evidently turning them off. The touchpoints/sequencing functionality appears clunky.

PROS: I really love the email templates. As a salesperson, I first used Yesware to monitor email opens, but I realized that the email templates are the best feature of the product. Creating 10 or more templates to plug them into an email is just a breeze.
CONS: I am not a huge fan of the email open tracking feature. It seems there are instances when there are just so many notifications pop up on the same email. I also dislike the fact that notifications are delivered when I open up the email that I sent.

PROS: The best thing with Yesware is that I get to know which person has opened my e-mail. Another benefit is having a solution for individuals who forgot to open their e-mail. A log is available for you to give them a reminder. I'm all too familiar with the we-never-received-your-invoice excuse. I'd constantly remind them when my sent e-mail was opened.
CONS: As a long time Yesware user, I don't have much complaints. But I do wish the merge functionality would be omitted from the higher versions. I would use that functionality from time to time. But it's not enough to be purposely included in the higher tier service. Aside from that, the package has everything a user would ask for.
A valuable addition that’s very easy to utilize.

PROS: The best thing with Yesware software is its simplicity in tracking e-mails. I felt that I'm good to go with the free plan. This is due to me not sending out too many e-mails. Nevertheless, I would've gone for the paid version if I really needed it. I like its G-Mail inbox interface.
CONS: The one that I'd say I hate with the program is that whenever I forget to untick any internal organization e-mails, they'll still be tracked. Hence, that would be included in my monthly limit. It'd be recommended to have some sort of functionality where you don't have to automatically track certain recipients. With that in mind, if I ended up on a paid plan, this wouldn't be an issue.

PROS: I love how easily I can track my emails. All I have to do is tick a box and all of my emails are monitored. Notifications are delivered via that handy pop up whenever someone opens my email. And it works well with Gmail, which is a big deal. I can create templates and see which ones are getting opened more thanks to the software's reporting tool. The blog also provides useful content especially for beginners.
CONS: It doesn't sync with other popular CRMs, just Salesforce. Also, there is a need for the mail merge function to be accessible for premium accounts.

PROS: I just love how Yesware simplifies tracking emails. I am currently using the free plan and it is already adequate. That said, I don't mind paying premium if it becomes necessary. The interface is also appealing and I love how the system instantly reveals to me which emails have been read and which have not been opened.
CONS: It can be a pain at times whenever I forget to uncheck internal company emails, they all get tracked and counted against my monthly limit.

PROS: The email notification feature is awesome along with the user-friendly interface that is ideal for salespeople who want to continuously work and don't want to be interrupted. Aside from being very friendly, the platform is quite intuitive too. The team tracking reports shows us which messages are effective in getting people to read our emails and take the desired actions.
CONS: While the automatic updates are a good thing, it can cause some issues in our end, particulalry with our endpoint security. I also wish they would allow administrators to cancel bulk jobs and not submit a support request for it to be performed.

PROS: What I have is a platform that makes tracking emails simple and straightforward. This tool is ideal especially if you work in sales and you need to know whether your emails are getting opened or ignored. The email templates feature is also a great help as I can store templates that are getting positive responses. It syncs with Gmail which is useful to me.
CONS: I worry that the link tracking URLs are filtered as spams. Attachments I share via their tool is wrapped in Yesware skin, which can be unattractive to prospects.
