Zoho Mail Review

PROS: It competes with big names such as Gmail or Hotmail. It has the same functions yet more affordable. It has an excellent interface, too. It's an excellent way to advertise your brand because of the personalized domain. I also love that they are so generous with the trial accounts since we can create up to 5 free accounts.

CONS: It's all good! I hope they keep on increasing their free user accounts.

PROS: I love the free trial version because it allows users to have a good feel of the program. It gives your 5 free accounts with a generous amount of file storage. You can also access it anywhere you go because it has a fully functional mobile app. It is an effective app with all the essential features such as scheduled mail, chats, etc.

CONS: Zoho limited the number of emails one can send in the free version.

PROS: It's like Gmail.

CONS: I don't much like the user interface.

PROS: It functions as our CRM. It's very efficient when it comes to collaboration and schedule group meetings.

CONS: The interface is too basic. I also experienced some issues with its notifications wherein it doesn't get updated in real-time.

PROS: Zoho is highly functional, has a user-friendly interface, and has many great features, even for a free account. It has a CRM feature, spreadsheets, chat, etc.

CONS: I hope they would increase the storage face for the paid plan to be on par with Gsuite.

PROS: It's accessible via browser or mobile app, so you can use it anywhere you go. The price is affordable and the features are worth it.

CONS: It's working pretty great, and I have no issues about it at all.

PROS: Zoho allows users to collaborate with other users. I love how organized the emails, especially the threads, are! It can be personalized and definitely improves your work. I also love their customer support! Really helpful and reliable.

CONS: I have no complaints. It's a good program.

PROS: Zoho is great because it's affordable and cost-effective. It's high quality, so many great features, and integrations work perfectly. It allows users to do various tasks within the app.

CONS: Zoho doesn't automatically load the image in the mail to make it perform faster. While it is indeed faster, I hope they would optimize it further so that loading the image wouldn't affect the program's speed.

PROS: I love Zoho because of its user-friendliness, features, and integrations! It's easy to use and improves your overall experience through its integrations with other essential apps.

CONS: I hope editing personal ID would be more straightforward.

PROS: It's a great mailing app that allows users to do other things aside from sending mails. It has a calendar, video calls, and other collaboration tools.

CONS: Things that need improvement: (1) timezone defaults, it should adjust according to the user's location; (2) attaching files to calendar invites should be possible.

PROS: The cost for the entire Zoho package was very light and was compatible with my needs as a startup. With the $1 trial plan, I could edit documents, customize emails, and use all Zoho tools with ease.

CONS: I always aim to reply promptly to emails so it's quite stressful that Zoho fails to notify me of new messages in my inbox. It's a hassle having to check emails from time to time so I hope Zoho has a remedy for this.

PROS: It's a pretty good mailing app because it organizes the mail, senders, and recipients. It is intuitive.

CONS: They should increase the size limit of the attachments.

PROS: Things that Zoho can do are create multiple email address for one domain wherein mails are directed to a preset inbox, synchronize activities and calendars with your teammates. It facilitates collaboration. I also love Zoho's customer support!

CONS: It took a little bit of time for me to get used to it. Some mails are labeled as spam even though they are not, so you have to tweak the settings. I also would improve the software by making it a bit faster even when the internet is slow.

PROS: My favorite about Zoho is the smooth running mobile app version. It stores our account so we no longer have to log in or out every time. Using the mobile version is as easy as using the desktop version.

CONS: While I love the mobile version, I would still love to see the web version improve as I do most of my work on a desktop. Aside from the slow loading, the web version looks very messy.

PROS: I enjoy using Zoho Mail! It offers maximum convenience to its users. I particularly enjoy the shortcut keys for commands and its seamless integration with other mailing apps like Google Mail and Outlook. I also like that it allows logging in of multiple accounts so I can easily jump from one account to another.

CONS: It automatically syncs event invites into calendars without working out differences in time zones so this can be confusing. I hope this can be addressed with the additional upgrade that we can attach documents in features. And then adding accounts to the email list can be more tedious compared to other platforms.

PROS: I love how convenient it is to organize and manage the mailbox. Sorting the mail is easy-peasy.

CONS: I'm encountering errors involving my signature. It asks me to re-enter it from time to time because of a server error.

PROS: The first thing that drew my attention to Zoho was the $1 monthly offer. What made it more irresistible was that the trial package included custom emails for five accounts, making it suited for small businesses that would like to send out attractive emails at the lowest cost possible.

CONS: The installment part posed some challenges as it had a lot of authentication processes, much more compared to other email hosting tools.

PROS: It's super affordable with a monthly rate of $1 per user. The trial version is great. You will fully experience the program with free customized emails. It also has a great user interface!

CONS: For me, it's not that easy to set up, so you need to check on user guides.

PROS: The biggest benefit of using Zoho is being able to modify my username at any time. That way, I can use different names with just one account instead of having to create multiple accounts.

CONS: The UI for the mobile version is quite unorganized for me. There are a lot of features that I don't find useful so I hope I have the option to eliminate them from the board. I also hope Zoho creates a mechanics that will allow login to different accounts so we don't have to switch.

PROS: It allows users to create aliases, so you don't have to create new user accounts every time you want to have a new email address.

CONS: It doesn't allow logging into different accounts at the same time. You have to logout the other before you can access the other one. They can also improve the interface and the way it organizes and groups emails.

PROS: Zoho is generous with its trial accounts. They allowed users to create another four accounts with 1GB of storage each. It's affordable and effective software for mailing and document management.

CONS: I hope they would notify admin users of new email creations.

PROS: Its features are great and even better than its competitors. This is the best choice for business emails. The user interface is good.

CONS: It doesn't allow multiple account logins using one browser. I have to manage the admin account, so whenever I need to check the admin email, I need to logout of my employee account.

PROS: Zoho is simple, functional, modern, and secured. The interface is great and customizable based on your company brand. Each account is safe. It has cool integrations, too.

CONS: Zoho is perfect for us. It provides a professional business email and it's affordable. It can be integrated into other external apps.

PROS: The free plan is pretty good. It has 5GB storage for five users. It also has a CRM feature, calendar, task manager, and notes, among others. It has a chat component for easy communication with users within your company.

CONS: They could increase the storage space for the free account.

PROS: The desktop and mobile app of Zoho is so good. It's best for sending and managing emails conveniently with tons of great features. The trial version lasts for three months and allows you to create up to 30 accounts.

CONS: I wish they would optimize the web app because it takes time to load.

PROS: It's better than the more prominent brands. The interface is excellent and it allows customizations. I'd also like to commend their reliable tech support.

CONS: They could simplify the software more because it might be overwhelming for other users, especially non-techies.

PROS: I love Zoho because of its seamless integration with external apps, user-friendly and optimized interface, up to 5 free accounts, and easy setup.

CONS: I hope they would increase the free storage limit.

PROS: I am very satisfied with Zoho Docs which helps me our team to create and edit content, presentation or spreadsheets together. We can make comments on the sides and explain our reasons for editing on the document itself, eliminating sending emails back and forth and allowing for higher productivity. The responsiveness of the technical support team is also very laudable.

CONS: Zoho mail is the most powerful Zoho product I have ever used. There's nothing wrong about it. Its features are extremely helpful for professional work.

PROS: For me the highlight is the multiple tabs feature that enables you to compose multiple emails by just moving through the tabs. This is a much better option to Outlook 2013 where you need to click through multiple windows. Zoho Mail makes it easy to compose effective business emails by searching for info in email groups to include in your email and allows you keep everything organized tidily in tabs. Your assistant can read previous emails and keep multiple tabs for reference instead of juggling multiple windows like in Outlook.

CONS: The downside to the multiple tabs feature is you may open too many tabs and get overwhelmed if you try to do too much. I am also worried that when Zoho Mail launches their new interface they may not allow you to use the old one.

PROS: Zoho Mail is easy to use. You can create multiple users and provide ample inbox space for each user. You can use the stats feature to track how these users utilize the inbox. Using Zoho Mail is an enjoyable experience. It is easy to set up Zoho email account on Android phones. If you can’t understand something, you can refer to the comprehensive FAQ section for self-help.

CONS: You cannot send the same email to more than 100 users simultaneously and there is a cap of 1000 emails per day. So, Zoho Mail may not be ideal for you if you wish to send large volumes of email to your subscribers.

PROS: The best part about Zoho Mail is I can have my own domain and the service is free. Most of the other players in this market charge high amounts for this type of service. So, Zoho Mail stands out as a unique player in this category. It offers all the basic features as an email provider and does not charge extra for additional features. To sum up, it is a great all-in-one email system.

CONS: The vendor could make email delivery faster in Apple Mail native app. I could fiddle with the settings to make this happen. Plus, there could be better integration with other Zoho products like Zopim which is their live chat solution.

PROS: Zoho Mail is an ideal system if you use other Zoho products. It integrates smoothly with their CRM which is a big bonus. It offers all the essential features of a good email program such as templates, attachments, and folder layout. Enterprises can use the chat feature and the app is ideal for remote teams as it is cloud-based.

CONS: The email interface is a bit hard to learn in the beginning. It is not similar to Gmail which may have caused the confusion. But Zoho Mail uses sound logic which makes it functional. Our remote team members did not have their time zone settings right which means they could not receive emails in the proper sent/received order. Only the system admin could resolve this issue which seems old-fashioned to me.

PROS: Zoho Mail is free for smaller teams of up to 10 addresses, and the solution makes it easy to organize and track incoming and outgoing emails. Their pricing packages are affordable too. The system is easy to use and it is a joy to utilize the platform.

CONS: The interface is slow and pales in comparison with competitor products. The website could be made more attractive. Zoho Mail does not work well with some other services I use, but apart from these minor glitches the software is worth using.

PROS: Zoho Mail offers great quality at an affordable price. It is an ideal service for startups and small businesses. The system is easy to set up and you get your own email domain for free. Since the company domain property gets verified, your emails will not be treated as spam. You can also integrate your Zoho email into your preferred email client.

CONS: Some of the setup/admin pages are difficult to set up because of the old interface. To be fair, the vendor is striving to modernize these pages. Since the price is so affordable you cannot complain too much about trivial aspects.

PROS: Zoho Mail offers great features for enterprise users. It is more powerful than Gmail for corporate users as it offers many new features. You can view all the attachments in your email which is a good benefit. The free version is ad-free and allows up to 25 users which is excellent for a free package.

CONS: The number of features seem a bit crowded making the system less user-friendly. As mentioned earlier, Zoho Mail is targeted at enterprise users. The premium pricing packages are worth the investment. However, the free version does not compare well with the established players in the email services category.

PROS: Zoho Mail is a cost-effective solution that allows small businesses to use email with their domain name. The platform is easy to set up and use. You can forward your Zoho Mail to your existing email account and also use the “send as feature” with other email services like Hotmail and Gmail.

CONS: The vendor can improve integration with other business systems apart from webinar software, CRM, etc. as we don’t subscribe to Zoho CRM.
