PROS: With Zoho People software I have easy access to my employees’ information and background. An API gives me the ability to integrate with my HR tool such as: biometric timeclock.
CONS: All of their applications are in different places with different icons and words. If they could make all their app and interface to look clear and simple that would be great.

I happen to be the only individual in our small-sized organization that requires HR access so this turned out great. Zoho People lets segregate full-time employees from that of part-time workers, and both of these from my current contractors.
CONS: Its terminology can be a bit complex to comprehend initially. The whole thing appears to be a converted English version. It's understandable since the product itself isn't based in the U.S. There are some items that I'm still trying to be familiar with.
