Zoho Survey Review

PROS: In the past we used Survey Monkey and Jotform but we are not satisfied from these two products. Zoho Survey offers great flexibility and control and it provides integration with our contacts. It does the job perfectly.

CONS: I’d like to see some conditional questioning types of formatting improved.

PROS: What I like most about Zoho Survey is the integration with Zoho CRM tool. I like that we can do just anything once the upgrade is done to Zoho CRM. Furthermore, this system integrates the responses with our Leads module directly on our CRM so we can manage the information to fit our needs.

CONS: I don’t really like the integration with GoogleSheets, we have experienced some issues with this integration, in other words, there were some unanswered questions because the respondent took different path and when we looked at the sheets some questions were unanswered.

PROS: The surveys made connect directly to customers. The tools is simple to utilize. It can easily be integrated into different platforms. It's helpful in keeping questions uniformed. It also stores details on the customers who answered the surveys.

CONS: Customing the artistic part of the survey is a bit restricted. But for the rest, the program is simple to utilize. So far, I only have one complaint with the tool. But I do hope it can improve on this moving forward. Maybe future updates will allow for more customization.

PROS: I love how they have an option for customizations. I like the fact that an offline survey option is also available. I'm able to do survey customizations by coming up with my own theme. The offline option is a big help in making surveys without having to go online.

CONS: I find their UI to be a bit monotonous. It could've been simpler and a lot more vibrant. The UI needs to be spiced up. At the same time, usage should be made easier. It took some time to get around how to include the logic of questions. I was able to do a majority of it after spending a bit of time on the tool.

PROS: I love how their ability to get people engaged. I also love their live interaction. I'm seeking to not only engage in real-time but to also sending out reports to each customer. I love how we can come up with customized designs in surveys. The part that I like with the customization is having the ability to switch them on or off anytime.

CONS: Right now, I couldn't find anything that I don't like. I'm still fumbling around its features and other new things it's running. I'm still trying to learn from wha the tool is capable and incapable of. If there's anything negative with the tool, I'll update it on my future reviews.

PROS: What I love most with this survey tool is how it's directly integrated with Zoho CRM. It appears as if it'll let us perform precisely what we desire for it do once we upgrade this tool. Our primary goal here is to have the responses integrated with the leads module that we have on CRM.

CONS: I don't like its Google Sheets integration. When we ran the tool using via the free trial, the survey done had a bunch of statements that left a lot of questions unanswered as a result of the different path the respondent has taken. Looking at Google Sheets, it had a ton of blanks as a result of the unanswered questions.

PROS: I totally agree with my statement! It's a complete lifesaver the moment I used it. The simplified approach offered by the site ended up bailing me out numerous times. The fact that you can come up with a survey in a couple or so clicks is something that I appreciate.

CONS: I dislike its current UI. While it does appears to be easy and fluid all throughout, it's missing the latest animations that you'd frequently find in other tools like it. It may feel a little old if you happen to nitpick its design. Aside from that, it's one heck of robust product.

PROS: I love how simple it is to set up. It comes with a number of pathways that are set according to the answers of respondents. It was able to collect the necessary data that I need as well as feedback in terms of question-taking exprience. All in all, everything was a cinch.

CONS: At this point in time, I don't have much dislikes when exporting the results to Google Sheets. Unneeded or skipped answers were usually left blank. At times, it would come out differently, which makes it hard for other people follow. I do hope they can improve on this sometime soon.

PROS: First off, I love how the site is designed. It's simple to utilize. Easy to comprehend. A fantastic tool to work with. Aside from this, the biggest reason why I wanted to work with this tool is because it doesn't cost me anything! Thanks to Zoho, I was able to produce a number of surveys!

CONS: The way the survey is being made, its vertical format would makes it appear as if the survey is dull. For folks like me, who is constantly on the road, the survey making of this tool can make it challenging to make on a mobile device. This is because it'll entail a faster internet connection and plenty of space for survey creation.

PROS: This tool provides integration to third party software. I can easily get it integrated with Google Drive. This significantly helped me in saving up data from Zoho Survey to my Google Drive. Using it is easy. Zoho Survey comes with ready-made surveys which can be utilized and edited based on the needs of your company.

CONS: It's an uphill battle trying to find older surveys since there's no option available in maintaining and storing folders. An option for controlling the layout of questions is absent. In addition, template layouts are very limited within the dashboard.

PROS: I love how the tool can easily be shared to anyone. They even have a mobile version available, which is critical in today's mobile world. The other essential functionality that I appreciate is its multi-lingual option. But that would also mean having someone who knows how to tweak the stuff in other languages.

CONS: It has its own structure limits. It's not capable of multi-pronged or huge survey instruments. But if you have a clear idea of the survey process, you can easily work on such items. But for those who don't, they'll struggle mightily getting around it.

PROS: Zoho Survey has nice-looking design, it is flexible and simple to use. What’s most important about this system is that you can use it for free! I’ve created lots of surveys through Zoho. Its customer support team is helpful and the graphics are amazing. It offers great set of options for customizing the surveys and it provides great analytics options as complete picture of the results.

CONS: It can be difficult to use it on mobile version because it requires strong internet connection and space to create surveys.

PROS: Zoho has great set of tools and great products. I like that you can use all its product from one account. The UI of this system si simple and flexible. It has great integrations with CRM and I especially like the integration with Google Spreadsheets. It proivides great set of themes and you can localize your surveys so you can get more responses. Its forms are simple and you can add tags and pre-populate a name field.

CONS: It’s basic system and there are some limitations within the amount of question.

PROS: With Zoho Survey we can easily create and build surveys. In addition, the other thing that I like most is that I can pre-populate fields that are within the CRM. You can set up integration with CRM and this means that the information automatically populate the proper fields of the CRM..

CONS: I haven’t found something to dislike about it.

PROS: I have created lots of Surveys through Zoho Survey solution. The interface is smooth and well-thought. It provides great options and set of tools. There are integrations with other Zoho products and even with Google Spreadsheet. The data is accurate and I can use it for making decisions based on the feedback.

CONS: They could make the interface more moder-looking and fast. If you want to figure out how it really works then you need to use other Zoho products so you can better understand this one.

PROS: I like that Zoho Survey offers great integration with other Zoho systems. I can easily get additional data from other systems by using one account. Also, it provides great templates and you can use them to create the surveys so they can be more eye-catching to our clients.

CONS: They could imporve the design of the interface.

PROS: I really like Zoho Survey and I have to say that this is one of my favorite tool to create and launch surveys. I can use it for simple or complex data collection, the data is always accurate and accessible. You can choose from its data formats for various needs. I often use CSV format. Zoho Survey offers great integrations with other products and it allows me to organize surveys so it can meet our needs.

CONS: It can be pricy.
