You can automatically synchronize room and desk availability and schedule and release rooms and desks with no-shows or no confirmations for other customers to book. You can also customize the booking apps and provide customers with important information about your meeting rooms and hot desks. Spacebring lets you set up profiles, capacity, booking, access, visibility rules, and cancellation policies for your meeting rooms and desk offices.

The platform enables coworking space owners and administrators to manage members and tenants effortlessly. You can create tenant company accounts and individual member profiles. You can also set up various membership plans and automatically or manually send credits to companies and individuals. They can use their credits to book rooms and desks, buy services and add-ons, and join events at your coworking space.

Moreover, Spacebring automates your billing and payment processes. You can collect payments from members and tenants using credit and debit cards, mobile payment services, and payment gateways. You can consolidate bookings, events, and services fees into a single bill and automatically charge members’ accounts.
