Because businesses have specific business demands, it is only rational that they steer clear of getting an all-encompassing, ”best” system. Nevertheless, it is difficult to chance on such application even among recognizable software systems. The reasonable step to do can be to narrow down the different chief factors which entail deliberation including major features, plans, skill capability of the users, organizational size, etc. Thereafter, you should do the product research fully. Have a look at some Asana evaluations and explore the other software systems in your shortlist more closely. Such detailed research makes sure you weed out poorly fit apps and buy the system which meets all the benefits your company requires.
Position of Asana in our main categories:
Asana is one of the top 10 Collaboration Software products
Asana is one of the 10 Project Management Software products
Asana is one of the top 20 Remote Work Software products
Asana is one of the 10 Resource Management Software products
Organizations have different needs and requirements and no software platform can be just right in such a situation. It is pointless to try to find a perfect out-of-the-box software app that meets all your business wants. The wise thing to do would be to adapt the system for your unique wants, worker skill levels, budget, and other elements. For these reasons, do not hurry and invest in well-publicized leading systems. Though these may be widely used, they may not be the best fit for your unique needs. Do your homework, investigate each short-listed system in detail, read a few Asana Project Management Software reviews, speak to the seller for explanations, and finally select the product that presents what you want.

PROS: Asana is great tool for assigning tasks and due dates. There are great drag-and-drop features and fun interfaces with kind of “rewards” for every completed task. Through the dashboard you can overview the task history. It has great color scheme with more customizable features. It allows us to assign tasks for multiple projects. I also love the template feature to copy tasks.
CONS: I don’t like that I cannot assign one task to multiple people. Also, I found it hard to move subtasks out a level especially to a level that is not the main project.

I like that we constantly receive email reminders and overviews of the completed tasks. The other good thing is that we can share notes and assign tasks and to interact with our team members.
CONS: I don’t know if I can control the reminders. It took me some time to understand how to mark tasks as done.

Project management for website design projects has never been easier with Asana.
CONS: The interface can be confusing from time to time. It provides lot of capabilities but it can be difficult to figure out what kind of formats and configurations work best for us.

PROS: We had a positive experience when we were using Asana to implement a web application project for a financial services firm. The app is simple and offers projects and tasks mainly. It is very simple to enter a task and share it with your team members. Plus, you can reference other tasks located in the app. I recommend Asana as it is a good tool for project management. You can also consider Pivotal Tracker, Trello, and Basecamp. If you wish to go with Asana, take some time out in the beginning to logically divide projects and tasks. This will help to shorten your lists in the long run and make them easy to manage.
CONS: Asana forces the paradigm of task management on users. In some situations, the app’s mold may not quite suit the purpose. For example, if you wish a team to handle a high-level task, you have to find a specific guy to assign the task to. If there is no project lead, you have to go by guess work. I hope Asana introduces the ability to assign tasks to a team and allow the manager of the team or individuals in it to delegate the tasks as necessary.
