Bookeo Review

PROS: I like that it's so easy to use, change tours and booking schedules, and easy to adapt to our company requirements. The customer support is also good when we have concerns. It's a multi-level secure software too.

CONS: A backup system would be great in case my web-based access gets interrupted. It would also be great if there's an iOS or Android app for this software.

PROS: I like that it has all the data I need, while I'm also able to make changes, plus charge and refund using the app. We've used other booking tools before, so I can say this is by far the best one we've used.

CONS: It would be great to be given a heads up in advance when the app will go through updates because there are sometimes bugs resulting from the update, which we then have to report so it can be fixed.

PROS: I love that it's like an assistant that is available for use all the time -- 24 hours in a day -- for appointments reminders, booking reservations, and a great source of all the information I need. There are detailed reports for me to see how the business is performing in real-time or for a specific period. It's allowed me to grow my business because it's simple, easy to use, and flexible enough for tweaks that fit our requirements. It behaves like an e-Commerce page, where I am able to organize my hosting and car businesses and make reservations online. It took me mere minutes to install and I enjoy its user interface, which is easy to understand. I am also able to customize the design and where things go, so it means I am able to streamline my work into what I need to focus on first thing when I get in.

CONS: Its multitasking and design capacity is limited and there are lags when the software is being updated. But then the IT support comes to our rescue, and after they've resolved the issues, it's all good and working again!

PROS: I like that Bookeo helps us make schedule bookings easily, create highly visual layouts, and utilize useful tools in marketing that is already available in the platform.

CONS: I wish Bookeo had a better notification system, and that there's a way for specific people to receive bookings for specific days and hours. It would also be helpful to have improved training guides available for our team so it's much easier to learn how to navigate through. Blocks of time would be great too when people would make bookings with us directly through Bookeo.

PROS: Their support team is great! I haven’t come across an issue that they haven’t been willing to help me solve.

CONS: There have been intermittent lags on the site, but none that warrant a big reaction from our side. I’d like to be able to customize my dashboard though—maybe tweak the colors and change the font.

PROS: Bookeo serves as my around-the-clock digital assistant that can set my appointments, schedule stays, and search for any information that I require. It even has a complete reporting module that helps me monitor the performance of my company in real time or in different periods. Bookeo is even ideal for businesses in any industry. Because of it, my company has experienced exponential growth. This is helped by the fact that I navigated the interface with ease as well as its user-friendly reservation tool. It acts like an e-commerce platform that lets you manage every facet of your enterprise. What's more, Bookeo has a customizable interface. Since I can configure it to suit my preferences, I can work the way I want since I can easily access the things that are most relevant to me any time.

CONS: I have noticed some negative sides of Bookeo such as system ticks that make it difficult to use. For example, there is a limit to the number of items you can place on the software's input tray. Furthermore, there have been instances when Bookeo takes too long to finish its system updates, thus affecting our report generation. Bookeo tends to run into errors as well but the customer support team is always quick to resolve them.

PROS: In just a glance, you can see your appointments for the day. I also like that it has categorized my offerings by color, telling me whether it has been sold or not.

CONS: I can’t seem to schedule more than one event at a time.

PROS: My customers don’t have to pay a premium to book through this tool.

CONS: It would be great if the developers could develop an app for us too, not just for our clients.

PROS: It shows me all of my scheduled appointments in one glance. I can track site visitors with this tool too.

CONS: When it comes to aesthetics, Bookeo is a little behind from its counterparts.

PROS: Being a business that requires reservations prior, Bookeo has helped us immensely. Because of it, we can gather the information that we need from our customers. It has also helped us edit books, charge for the reservations, and issue refunds.

CONS: When the system undergoes an update, we experience bugs a few days after. We always need to get in touch with Bookeo's technical support to resolve the issues. If not, we have to find ways to fix them ourselves.

PROS: The interface is really straightforward and simple.

CONS: It can be too straightforward though—not allowing much room for livelier aesthetics.

PROS: With Bookeo's host of tools, we can better manage our reservations digitally. It doesn't even take a lot of effort to install each of its modules and to learn how to maximize its capabilities. I also enjoy very much how I can tailor the workspace to my needs and how I can dictate what information a customer can see when they enter the client portal. What's more, Bookeo eases our communications by letting us send SMS and emails straight from its interface.

CONS: At times, it can be hard to find the items that we need since there is a certain limit to how many objects the screen can have. This leads to some items being moved to another screen or tab. Bookeo still manages to keep things organized but it can be a hassle when you are working with many things simultaneously.
