Described as a real estate CRM software with a clean interface, Chime is used by real estate teams, agents, brokers, and lenders to simplify their marketing campaigns, manage their interactions with their customers and leads,  and organize lead assignments and actions plans within their teams.

The lead generation functionalities of Chime are its primary features. Chime offers three ways in order for users to generate leads: search engine and social media marketing, retargeting, and drip email marketing.

Users can launch advertising campaigns across search engines (Google, Bing, and Yahoo)  and social networking sites like  Facebook. They just have to select a marketing package, and the software will take care of the advertising.

Chime is also using a retargeting marketing strategy. In this strategy, users can send advertising campaigns to those people who have previously demonstrated an interest in their brand. This strategy like social media marketing also reduces CPL or cost per lead, enabling them to increase their ROI.

There is another interesting way by which users can generate leads. Chime is equipped with a behavior analysis technology, which helps users create drip email campaigns based on the personalities and browsing preferences of their leads and customers. The software collects data on lead preferences and browsing preferences; and as users formulate plans for their drip email campaigns, they can use the collected data to create effective drip email marketing campaigns.
