Cirrus Insight is a tool that helps users to instantly view, create, and update leads, contacts, cases, activities, opportunities and more right in Gmail. Users can log emails with a click, easily create new leads, events, and tasks, and sync calendars and contacts.

PROS: I can easily access my Salesforce info without leaving Gmail. Cirrus Insight helps me track all my emails and saves lots of time. It has boosted my sales skills and helps me understand how often I contact clients.
CONS: The popups continue to stay in the window after they have been selected and you have to reload the page to get rid of them. It would be great to be able to do a big data migration of the email data I have before I started using Cirrus Insight.
The least favorable review
PROS: The Salesforce integration and templates help to save lots of time. You don’t have to log email activity in Salesforce as the application automatically does it for you. The pricing is affordable compared to similar email tracking systems.
CONS: There are a host of glitches: Analytics from templates are unreliable. For example, one template says it has a 188% open rate. There is delay in getting open/click notifications. The software has bugs and I have suffered long outages too. I have to reload Gmail for the plugin to appear when composing an email. Finally, the app lacks a click to call feature.

PROS: Cirrus is easy to install, it is clean and it allows easy navigation of all email functions. It enhance our productivity thanks to the connection with Salesforce. I am able to log my gmail emails into Salesforce effortlessly. We are able to track numerous project interaction streams without any efforts and to track opens of the emails. This is very important because it helps us to be more focused on those who are interested in our orders in other words on those who frequently open our email letters.
CONS: Sometimes the functionality of the program breaks down especially when we have new contact, account or even opportunity that is not within SF. Sometimes I cannot add new contact from Cirrus into SF especially when I want to add new contact and account at the same time. Sometimes when I cannot attach a document into Salesforce file I get notified that there are some capacity issues without further information on how to resolve this kind of issue.

PROS: Cirrus allows me to add emails into Salesforce by using its Gmail add-on functionality. With its sidebar I can easily complete numerous tasks with one click add/complete tasks. I am able to keep track of contact information, opportunity details and email tagging information. There is even an option to schedule for sending email at specific time and date.
CONS: In my experience, I have found out that the email tracking is not as intuitive as it should be, because I don’t get real notification about emails, it doesn’t show you when the email was open and who opened the email. Because when sending for e.g. 10 emails to 10 different people I get notification that the mail was opened but there is no information who really opened.

PROS: First of all, I like its customer service, it’s one of the best. Secondly, I use Gmail version of Cirrus and I can say that this tool provides me with fast and easy access to all SF data, I can easily add new contacts, accounts and cases without closing my emails. There are great set of features within this tool, starting from email tracking, mass email to access to SF templates and many other.
CONS: For those with multiple Gmail accounts the tool is enabled automatically for all signed-in accounts, it would be great if we could only load desired Gmail accounts.

PROS: Cirrus is great tool that enables you to easily follow the workflow within Salesforce and to get more done directly from your inbox. I have been using this app from the very beginning and I really like its development and growth from basic tool to intuitive and user-friendly solution. I’m amazed of the follow-up features and I really like using them all.
CONS: This a must have tool within my work, there are no dislikes.

PROS: The email tracking is excellent and it is accurate as well. You can quickly open a contact or lead record in Salesforce directly from your Gmail inbox and also automatically log emails into Salesforce. The “Book a Meeting” feature offers good potential and this also goes for the integrated apps roadmap.
CONS: Cirrus Insight can make a lot of improvements. It can make the Campaign feature more powerful. It would be great to have multiple steps in a campaign. I would also like to be able set a reminder to answer an email later instead of having to make do with just the “Send Later” feature. The “Book a Meeting” feature can be improved to enable users to view multiple calendars and send to multiple recipients.

PROS: There are great options within Cirrus like ability to track emails. Also, you can quickly open a lead or contact record within Salesforce from our Gmail and to log emails into SF automatically. I really like the “Book a Meeting” option and the roadmap for all integrated apps.
CONS: They could improve the Campaign feature to be more robust. Also, I’d like to have numerous steps within a campaign, to set a reminder to respond to an email instead of using only the “Send Later” option. In addition, they could expand the potential of “Book a Meeting” functionality, they could add overview of multiple calendars and sending to multiple attendees when scheduling meeting.

PROS: The highlight of Cirrus Insight is you can use the Gmail add-on to add emails directly to Salesforce. You can use the sidebar to complete multiple tasks easily including add/complete tasks, and view email tagging info, opportunity details, and contact info. You can also use the sidebar to schedule emails to be sent at a specific time and date.
CONS: Sometimes, the email tracking is inaccurate. I wish Cirrus can tell me when an email is opened and who opened it. I send messages to multiple recipients, and the app only notifies me that an email is opened and not who opened it.

PROS: We use Cirrus software for many years by now and it is great tool for those who want to put all their activities logged in Salesforce. It saves us lot of time on a daily basis. I personally love its auto-log feature because it keeps all mu email activity tasks updated into SF. I like that I don’t have to remember to log to SF button into Outlook. Also, it provides me with access to Salesforce Lead and Contact record and we don’t have to switch back and forth with SF when we add or update a record. There is even an email tracking feature that allows you to monitor each activity.
CONS: I had some issues with this product but its customer service was extremely helpful and they have done everything to meet our business needs.

PROS: I simply like this solution! Its basic functionality is great and extremely easy to set up. It offers lot of things like ability to send calendar openings to all your contacts and to select what works best for them and to automatically show what you want/need into your calendar. It notifies you when there is no contact so you can create it in less time even when the contact doesn’t have accounts. You can modify and fill extra fields as well.
CONS: Because of the styling of the buttons some functions cannot be easily found.
