PROS: I am very much impressed with how Close.io organize the leads they capture by company instead by person. I find it very useful and efficient. There is also a a singular, centralized location for every email, every call made, and every note about a company and all leads. It frees us from the hassle of contacting the same company more than once. There is also that new inbox functionality where a sales rep has everything he needs in a sincle screen with regards to performing follow ups.

CONS: The reporting tool looks like it needs a major improvement. Most of the time we have to resort to creating our own reporting tool on top of Close.io so that the data we need is visible to us.

Ease of Use

PROS: One can instantly see that the best thing about Close.io is the way it organizes the leads it captures - as companies and contacts within those companies. This unique approach is a time saver because we are able to sell to companies as a whole instead of peddling leads to individual people. This structure also simplifies the job of sales people as it pinpoints the contact points that have been made with potential clients in previous campaigns.

CONS: There is a lot of room for improvement with regards to the reporting tool. Although it comes with the basic reporting application, I know that of other means that will help get people get deeper into data. Close.io just don't have that.

Ease of Use

PROS: The greatest thing with Close.io is it's capable of organizing leads with contacts and companies. When it comes to selling to companies as opposed to separate people, the structure saved a ton of time for sales reps. Not only that, but it made things a lot simpler for those on sales. They get to see which contact points were made with potential clients they had before.

CONS: The thing that needs to be stronger is reporting in the platform. Even with a plethora of basic reporting tools you'll ever require, there are other means of diving into data that hasn't really existed in the platform.

PROS: There are a lot of things I love about Close.io. For one, it is very simple and straightforward. I can use it right off the bat without having any serious difficulty with it. It is also a cloud-based system. Although you need to download it, it easily syncs up with my desktop. I could work on anything at home and in the office and knowing that every changes made are automatically saved. I also love the system integration with Google Apps for Business.

CONS: I do believe that the product would have been better if it has mobile app. I could just imagine what I can do if I can access the system from my mobile device.

PROS: I have gone through with a lot of CRM systems, such as BaseCRM, Salesforce, and Pipedrive. But nothing comes close to Close.io. So far, it is the best CRM platform we have worked with. It fuses best practices with the tool, which is already easy yet very robust. The smart views, the mass email feature, and the in-app call tracking are excellent functionalities I love about the software.

CONS: Close.io still has some features lacking in its lineup. It would have been a better product if it automatically deletes duplicate contacts, schedule the mass mailing functionality, depper click tracking, an app for mobile devices and integrations with the widely used tools.

PROS: The fact of the matter is. Close.io is capable of organizing leads by organization instead of people. I find this to be awesome! Each e-mail being sent out, call made, and note written about an organization as well as leads from within are housed in a single location.

CONS: Reporting could use some big upgrade. We'll soon wind up making our own reporting tool on top of their current solution. That way, we're able to see the data we want.

PROS: The smoothest CRM I've used in a long while. It lets me pull up historical data swiftly. It also lets me view as to who's contacting the lead and when they were contacted the last time. Running reports is simpler compared to other competitors.

CONS: Sales teams at a larger scale are probably in need of the ability to deploy ownership to leads. This would be based on specific geographical locations. Right now, I don't see such functionality.

PROS: Close.io has the capability in making customized views of leads. It does so according to varying search paramaters. It's really amazing! This alone makes it a highly versatile platform.

CONS: It runs on a crappy keyboard shortcuts list. There should be a full list of keyboard shortcuts. I was hoping they'd have an improved integration in third party systems.
