PROS: I love the annotate feature. I haven't used the video recording feature yet but I plan to test it soon. I also think it's cool that you can take a screenshot with the app or easily upload a preexisting screenshot or other documents to edit/share. Haven't tried the GIF creating feature but that sounds fun.
CONS: I haven't seen this critique yet, which I find surprising so I may be missing something here, but I wish we were able to copy the original annotated text from a screenshot after we've already created a link to share it. I write copy and consult businesses on how to increase conversions so I've enjoyed using the annotate feature for that purpose, however, I wish we were able to edit the original text after a link's been generated. It seems like you're able to annotate the same screenshot or document several times, but each time you create a link, any text from the prior "version" becomes fixed/noneditable.

PROS: I use CloudApp to provide feedback on designs from multiple creative teams we use in my organization. It's easier to annotate a design than to type out bulleted lists of changes, adjustments, and corrections. I've saved untold hours from the way I used to provide feedback. I've also used the gif and record feature to give feedback on technical functionality on websites and send bugs or glitches to tech support.
CONS: I haven't run into anything I would adjust. I'm not a power user -- just need it to be fast and easy to download or share screenshots. It does exactly this.

PROS: The immediate cloud upload for any screen recordings or screenshots make storing and sharing a breeze. No more downloading, uploading to Box / Drive / Dropbox / Imgur and then grabbing a link to share, just an immediate link copied to your clipboard.
CONS: As others have said, would love to see keyboard shortcuts, as I do 80% of my quick tasks that way. Additionally, I wish there was an option to adjust the area capture, as sometimes drag and release doesn't quite hit the way you want.

PROS: Easiness of creating screenshots, GIFs and screen recordings. It is go to tool for any IT professional and others as well. It makes the process of creating and sharing screenshots really easy. Also you will love the take screenshot and CTRL + V to paste link without having to manually copy the link.
CONS: None really. Everything is flawless. Although, onboarding flow sometimes confuses itself. I verified email and it won’t finish the onboarding process because it’s stuck in verify your email phase. No big deal though.

PROS: The time I save sending incremental changes to a client while on a tight deadline = invaluable. It saves a LOT of space, and enables me to carry on illustrated conversations via text that don't clog up our devices. The whole process of sharing visuals is just so seamless, I am able to get on with the job instead of being held up by tedious processes.
CONS: Can't think of any cons; this software worked as advertised and was easy to use.

PROS: love the drag and drop feature. Just drag your files to the cloud app icon, and they are instantly ready to share.
CONS: I have had one issue where using a direct download link seems to bypass the secure drop feature, but I may have just already been logged in through the browser. haven't done thorough testing

PROS: Recording your screen is just as easy as doing a screen capture. Prior to using this app I used two different programs to do the same things.
CONS: I wish there was a setting that would automatically copy the image to the clipboard rather than a link, but the link is pretty convenient. I also wish i could just screen capture through CloudApp with a few keys on my keyboard.
