ClubExpress Review

PROS: ClubExpress helps us manage all the administrative functions that come with being an education provider. We use it for member registration, payment tracking, and class enrollment. The only issue that we had while using this so far was its lack of capability to handle a waitlist for full classes. CE’s team informed us that this will soon cease to be a problem as they will add this functionality in the next version. We highly appreciate the work that they do to improve their product and be able to cater to all of our club needs.

CONS: There was a time when we cannot download reports to our desired format. This is no longer an issue since they added custom report features.

PROS: ClubExpress continues to demonstrate that they have their customer's best interest in mind each time they release a new version. Each added feature comes with a video tutorial to help users understand how it works. The system is generally easy to navigate and use, and if this is not true for all users, their support team is always ready to assist. To top it all, this product is available for a very low price.

CONS: I hope there is a way to search through their tutorials more easily.

PROS: All teams of ClubExpress are working well together to provide us with great customer experience. Their sales team has been very attentive to our organization’s needs and are providing ways to ensure that those are met. Their dev team worked with us to achieve our vision of a visually-appealing website. Their support team is highly responsive and has a very good understanding of how their product works and how issues can be fixed. The system itself comes with a comprehensive and up-to-date user manual. It is also equipped with both QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online integrations. They offer free trial versions; details of which will be made available to you upon call with their sales team.

CONS: We have been using ClubExpress for a long time now and so far our experience with them has been very satisfactory. There is nothing I can think of to dislike.

PROS: We rely on ClubExpress for the majority of our organizational needs. We have started the process to fully integrate this system with our website and be able to maximize its usability. As both members and volunteers see the benefits that come from using this platform, everyone is thrilled about the next steps.

CONS: There is a lot of room for improvement for their reporting feature and enhancements are already noticeable in the recent versions. I wish they would make it possible to change website content before updating. It would also be nice to have some space for experimenting with content.

PROS: Thanks to this platform, we are able to create and manage our own website even though none of us has technical expertise on the matter. Their support team has been very patient with us and they continue to provide assistance whenever we call for it. We have been recently exploring their more advanced features (e.g. stores, boards) and look forward to using these in the future.

CONS: I would like this platform better if its UI design is more user-friendly and straightforward, especially the sections dedicated to events and online registrations.

PROS: The performance of CE’s team has been outstanding from the onset. They worked through a huge number of postings and other materials, developed scripts, and created an aesthetically pleasing website for us.

CONS: There is nothing I can say I dislike about the platform. There were recent improvements that we need some time to get used to, but other than that this is working really well for us.

PROS: ClubExpress is a cost-friendly and effective solution for membership management. It has a lot of great features that enable users to communicate with each other better and efficiently manage websites and membership renewals.

CONS: I have used similar products before that cater to much larger organizations and I can say that ClubExpress is the perfect match for small and medium-sized nonprofits. It offers the same set of features for a much lower price.

PROS: We have witnessed how this platform has improved over the years. It has been a significant factor for the growth of our membership as well. This platform helps us manage our finances, schedules, and membership renewals. It has given us the necessary tools to give our website a professional look. It also provides a way for faster and easier communication among us.

CONS: I think they should work on making the platform more user-friendly, especially its volunteer section. I also hope we could attach files to emails and renew memberships automatically in its future versions.

PROS: ClubExpress equips us with the tools necessary in order to more effectively manage our finance and memberships.

CONS: I hope they will work on the version of their platform on the iPad and make it as outstanding as the ones for PC and laptop.

PROS: This entire suite works really well for our needs. It functions as our central database system and class scheduling platform. It lets us manage membership renewals and payments.

CONS: We seldom encounter issues with ClubExpress. When we do, they are quick to respond and things are resolved right away.

PROS: Club Express provides users with excellent customer service. They have provided thorough guidance and full support throughout the entire process of transitioning to their service. They continue to provide support for all of our members and we highly appreciate this as we are a small administrative team and we will not be able to handle that job alone.

CONS: Improvements could be made on its UI design for it to be on par with its competitors on the market in this respect. Its features do compensate for this minor concern.

PROS: This helps us collaborate with each other online when planning and organizing events. We conduct online meetings via this platform. It is also a powerful tool for membership management.

CONS: We are encountering some issues with regard to downloading reports to a format compatible with our device.

PROS: ClubExpress is well-structured and highly customizable. It can be modified to fit the needs of our association perfectly.

CONS: It would be more efficient to use if they would add an auto-save capability. Recent changes on the platform resulted in having to go through more complicated processes when performing even simple tasks like editing pages and adding emails. I wish they would make the platform more user-friendly for the older members of our workforce who are not as tech-savvy as the younger members.

PROS: ClubExpress has a simple and well-designed UI design. It allows you to make necessary changes to the website easily.

CONS: I would like this platform better if they would give users more options for customizing templates.
