PROS: It's a huge and robust program that, with premier especially, can be quite customized, integrated with payment processors and can generate, send, get approval and compliant signature capture all online and while there are a lot of good quoting tools out there that integrate with ConnectWise PSA, CW CPQ has the best integration.

CONS: Because of so many settings, the learning curve can be a little steep.
