Contactually is a tool that turns business relationships into results. It is a web-based customer relationship management tool that allows companies to oversee and manage communication activities using an easy-to-use and well-built interface. The software is ideal primarily for small and medium sized firms that want to remain in contact with their main contractors, collaborators and suppliers, as well as freelancers who need to communicate with their multiple clients using one solid communication platform.
The tool can import contacts from and allow users to create categories for contacts, use templates, merge accounts, or automate actions. Team members can share contacts and perform specific roles while at same time remaining well-coordinated with your operations. Depending on their needs, users will also have access to advanced features such as bulk messaging, quarterly business & usage reviews, targeting & segmentation, a comprehensive library of nurturing content, and much more. To make matters even better, Contactually comes with an open API infrastructure, and thus allows developers to craft all sorts of custom integrations.
Developed with usability in the first plan, Cotactually offers the assistance of trained experts and dedicated customer success managers, as well as complimentary coaching sessions that can help you improve customers’ experience. The knowledgeable support team grants premium and fast assistance, and does so regardless of the plan you’ve chosen.
Show MoreContactually can perform the important role of a virtual prompter, and remind your company’s users of pending contacting activities. It can also perform the role of a reliable virtual assistant who can be asked to perform a certain pipeline of several actions with the use of separate programs with custom steps. This way, users are relieved from the day-to-day burden of having to check, schedule and do standard communications. On the other side of the axis, end customers receive all the assistance they need, which helps you qualify as a reliable and trustworthy provider.
Contactually’s main purpose is to provide advanced communication management features to relieve users from the company’s usual wasted time that usually comes from the execution of routine and cumbersome communication tasks. In such way, Contactually enables users to import contacts to the system, sort, segment, and organize them into unique “buckets”, and then create certain programs and pipelines that you can use to automate chain mails, as well as other activities. At that stage, you get to use an extensive library of nurturing content, and the assistance of a trained professional who can help you distribute personalized and on-point emails. Bulk messaging is another option you can trigger during this process, so that you’d save even more time.
Contactually’s developers took into account the fact that canned newsletters don’t always meet a business’s exact needs, and will thus help you personalize your outreach to small and important groups. It does so with ScaleMail, a feature that lets you select the people you wish to contact, and draft a suitable message for them. A number of templates and pre-set and custom mail-merge-style tokens are also available.
Contactually also stands out in terms of integrations, given that it offers open API for you to connect it to any third-party system you want. Native integrations are nevertheless available, and include prominent providers such as Gmail, MailChimp, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and more.
Show MoreBearing in mind companies have unique business requirements, it is only rational that they abstain from purchasing a one-size-fits-all, ”best” software. However, it would be difficult to chance on such a software product even among sought-after software systems. The best step to do should be to jot down the varied important aspects which need analysis like essential features, budget, technical skill ability of staff members, business size, etc. Thereafter, you should follow through your research through and through. Have a look at some Contactually analyses and explore the other software products in your shortlist in detail. Such all-encompassing research guarantee you drop poorly fit software solutions and buy the system that includes all the features your company requires to achieve growth.
Position of Contactually in our main categories:
Contactually is one of the top 50 CRM Software products
Contactually is one of the 10 Customer Experience Management Software products
Contactually is one of the top 20 Sales Tools products
Since each enterprise has particular business wants, it is sensible for them to refrain from seeking a one-size-fits-all ideal software application. Needless to say, it would be useless to try to find such a platform even among market-leading software platforms. The smart thing to do would be to catalog the various essential elements that require consideration such as required features, budget, skill levels of employees, company size etc. Then, you should do your homework thoroughly. Read some Contactually CRM Software reviews and check out each of the other solutions in your shortlist in detail. Such exhaustive research can make sure you reject ill-fitting platforms and zero in on the system that provides all the elements you require for business success.

PROS: Its magnificent integration with social media imports my entire contact information, and combines it in a practical list of contacts. While this may sound too simple to some of you, it is in fact a complex process not many CRMs can complete efficiently. What if I told you that Contactually will even update your database at the same time a contact is updating it on his social media profile? My favorite part is LinkedIn integration, that's really useful.
CONS: The ScaleMail feature is somehow strange, sometimes I like it a lot, but other times it annoys me because sending bulk messages results in losing data, and I don't know if my Internet marketing is functioning, and which feature is not. When an individual message is sent, I don't even know that, the system is not notifying me!

PROS: My favorite part is the follow up time frame, and the buckets in general. Integration is amazing, especially because there is a Gmail plugin I'm using to put everybody in the bucket, and to email them constantly to make sure we're on the same page. The tool has a free trial, and the payment plans are affordable, to say so. Overall, I'm very satisfied.
CONS: The bucket allows me to see the contacts, and that's good, but what I would really like is to see also the notes related to them. I just don't think monitoring is quick enough, but it might be that I'm not experienced enough to find the shortcut for it. I also dislike that contacts are not automatically associated with email addresses, and my messages therefore end up in the inbox of the last email they used when I contacted them. It even happened few times that I sent an email to the wrong person, or that I deleted a contact I need to leave few that mean nothing to my business.

PROS: So, this is how Contactually works: You install it, gather contacts from all its social integrations, sort them out in few different buckets, and contact them. The benefit of this program is that useful information is stored in one database, and you can access it any time to send contacts messages, and to stay in contact with them.
CONS: I had a daunting experience sorting contacts out before, so my only complaint is that I didn't discover this program earlier. I would have saved so much time and stress!

PROS: I wanted a free CRM, which took me to Top Product first, but I discovered that Contactually is far better. Even when I forget to add someone to my contatc list, I get to track their emails, phone calls and messages, and I get reminded to follow them up every morning. The templates are pre-loaded ones, and I can send messages in no time, while the bomb bomb integration allows me even to send video emails. Glitches and bugs happen as usual, but customer service fixes them right away. If you know how, you can even use it to find leads and to follow those up. Their free trial is great, and using it can also deduct $10 from the price you'd pay to purchase the tool.
CONS: I would appreciate their help in handling duplicate entries, otherwise I think the tool is perfect. I'd really be nitpicking to say whatever bad about Contactually.

PROS: CRMs are not about collecting contacts, but about grouping them to help you send messages to multiple contacts at once. Not many programs can do that automatically, but Contactually can. You reply with premade templates, and the automated follow ups systemize my processes and allow me to communicate with every party relevant to my business. It is integrated with Gmail and MailChimp, meaning that almost every contact becomes accessible for you.
CONS: When I try to share contacts with other users, or to add users in general, the process feels somehow artificial, as if it was not planned at the first place. Does the job and buckets are still shared, but in a very slow manner, the same as when I'm updating my own permissions. Another thing I mind is the app, I think it leaves a lot to desire.

PROS: Captures contacts incredibly fast, due the fact that I connected it to my Android phone. This way, I never let a new contact slip through the crack, and I have them automatically logged in after talking to them. To be completely fair, I'm not doing anything, Contactually is doing my job! Right because I managed to connect it to my phone, I have all contacts listed, and I don't have to look for them, which makes Contactually pretty much a personal assistant to rely on. Lovable, isn't it?
CONS: Their emailing feature is a bit different than Outlook, and it confuses me. I have the plug in they recommended, but it doesn't help too much with the templates. I feel like I can't make the most of the funnels, even if I haven't explored most of it yet. Summing up, I need to work a bit more on automation, we're just introducing a CRM to our business and we don't really know how to integrate all of our processes. Still, that's our problem and Contactually has nothing to do with it.

PROS: I have an extensive database, which is why I find Contactually so useful. I have so many contacts, and I still manage to focus on each and every one, and that helps me grow my business and ensure additional resources to keep it going. Just to be clear-there are 6500 contacts, and while that's an asset for most business, it was a problem for me. If there wasn't for Contractually, I would have burned in my own fire.
CONS: What could I possibly dislike about it? The tool is so beautiful and functional! Communication is the core value of our business, and maintaining it so efficient is an absolute must. Nowadays, when most communication is virtual, Contactually is something you need, not something you want or like. I saw it improve my productivity dramatically, and I prioritize my business activities smoothly instead of spinning the wheels all the time.

PROS: You might be a passionate follower of technology trends and developments, doing everything to stand above your competitors, but there is one factor that cannot be influenced anyhow-people! The human factor in business is the strongest one, and you have to take care of what people want, expect, or fear, and try to respond to it the best way you can. That's why I respect Contactually so much: it puts focus on people once again! As a writer, I tended to underestimate the importance of clients, staying focused on tasks, and being impatient with requests. Contactually taught me how to build relationships for the accomplishment of those tasks, and it did it in the easiest way possible!
CONS: I don't find the LinkedIn integration that good, at least not the way how it turns my signature into gibberish when I'm trying to attach it to a message. Besides, I'm never sure messages won't end up as spam, and that's a bit tricky.
I don’t think there is a better CRM out there!

PROS: Remember when was the last time you communicated with all of your clients? I bet you don't, but the good news is that Contactually does! It is where all of your contacts are stored, at your fingertips for any type of message or information. They are organized in buckets, enriched with the so-called bucket game feature that keeps the buckets clean and efficients (automated updating, for instance). I have few buckets at the moment (Past Clients, Current Clients, and Mortgage Lenders), and I'm working on the Future Clients one. It's so much fun!
CONS: The looks are a bit outdated, they could at least change few templates to make it more up to date. I dislike the contact pictures too, they're too small for me to see on the phone. Otherwise, it is the CRM of all CRMs, and I promise you that it is very efficient!

PROS: I'm so thankful that this team came across the idea of bucketing and templated emails, it is the best way to stay in contact with clients whenever you need to do so. Its full integration imports contacts from literally everywhere, even from some old meetings, former calls, or social media. For the first time so far, I feel fully connected with clients, partners, customers, and prospects, and I also use it for internal communication with team members and advisors. All of my data is in one place, and I even get reminded to update it or to contact somebody I haven't contacted in a while. It is my eye on previous interactions, and I adore it for that!
CONS: Bugs are not that scary, but solving them can take time. They do have moments replying on inquiries, but once they do, they're absolutely helpful. I think that the reason behind it is that they're relatively new, and they needed time to roll out modern features. Let's hope they'll focus on better support now.

PROS: Top notch bucketing, for sure. It makes my job fairly easy, because I have more than 10 000 contacts from all social networks (LinkedIn, Google, Facebook, etc) to handle. Synchronizing them to my needs was not easy, in fact, I thought it was impossible. But then, this CRM appeared, organized and de-duped my contacts, and saved my time. It's like a bucket game for me, one that takes few minutes to put all your contacts in order. It used to be available on the phone app, now it is not. But I wish it will appear before!
CONS: You mean, except of the fact that they removed the bucket game from the app? I think that's the only thing! I remember playing it in 60-seconds intervals, once to twice per day, and all my contacts were organized. Actually, there is one more thing when I think about it, the fact that the de-dupe feature is very basic! Some of the duplicates that I need to merge are not flagged, and by 'buckets' the system understands I need to open all of the buckets.
