Described as a real estate CRM software with a clean interface, Chime is used by real estate teams, agents, brokers, and lenders to simplify their marketing campaigns, manage their interactions with their customers and leads,  and organize lead assignments and actions plans within their teams.

In addition, Chime offers users an IDX or Internet Data Exchange website that they can edit and customize. The IDX website enables their visitors and leads to search properties and chat with them through its built-in live messenger. In terms of obtaining and tracking leads, Chime provides users with the opportunity to create drip campaigns based on the personalities and browsing activities and preferences of their leads.
