The customer experience platform allows businesses to analyze service team-customer communication and supports various channels, including call centers, emails, text messages, Salesforce fields and Zendesk support tickets. CXQuest also makes it easier to collect reviews from more than 25 review sites, including Tripadvisor, Twitter and Yelp and analyzes comments, feedback and more. It automatically collects data and provides Facebook-specific parameters that allow collecting wall posts, messages, comments and keyword searches, while Twitter-specific parameters allow collecting tweet stream and keywords.
