PROS: The tool automatically surveys the client base and makes progress comparisons of the customer's satisfaction between defined time periods.

CONS: The big issue with this product is lack of support! I have required assistance twice from Client Heartbeat, and both times have experienced long periods of silence from their service support team. Not good for a paid product.
