PROS: The product works fine on my end. I love the features that it brings to me. The one thing I liked about Dialogtech is the fact that it has a highly responsive and professional support team. Every time I faced a problem, I get to call them. On the other end, when I speak to customer support, I always get help with the issue that I currently have. They are very helpful and they know most of the things about what this tool offers. I do not have to worry whenever I have a problem as I know there is a team out there that will provide me with a solution. If a customer representative does not know the solution to my problem, they take time to research and then get back to me with a solution.
CONS: It works fine on my end. However, it has many features that are not easy to handle. For beginners, it may be too overwhelming. You have to remember and be able to use all those features. By missing just one step you might end up messing everything altogether. In the case you are a beginner, you can first take time to study all the features of this tool before implementing it in your business. This will reduce the chances of missing functionality when making calls to salespeople. Apart from that, this tool offers seamless support in terms of the features it possesses which brings results.

PROS: I like everything about this product. It has come out as a reliable tool to help with managing and converting leads within a short period of time. When it comes to customer support, it is impressive. I do not have to wait for long for my issue to be resolved as the customer support team they have can be relied upon. It is easy to set up DialogTech into your system. The reporting feature makes everything look simple and organized. It helps me to break down my call data into the simplest form that is easy to interpret. For what it has to offer, I can only make the best use of the features it has in store.
CONS: Although the customer support is impressive, I would prefer them to include more tutorials of how to use this product. Most of the times when you call you might not get what you are looking for. Sometimes you need to read on your own in order to get a tight grasp of what each of the feature does. This is more sustainable and welcoming than having to call for almost every obstacle you come across while using this product. Since it is a product with multiple features for users to utilize, it would be better if the training materials were available for beginners.

PROS: It has done it for us in terms of knowing when and what leads were searching for on our site. This allows us to target then and reach out to them so that we can convert them. It applies phone swapping technology where you can get all the numbers of leads and try to reach out to them. Our sales team is able to react within a short period before the customer changes their mind. In the process, our chances of converting that lead, is high. DialogTech has become a successful product in this program and we can now manage call lead sources without much effort.
CONS: At the start, it was not all good on our side. It was not possible to know what we were doing wrong since our phone calls were down. This came as a surprise on our end as we thought we were doing everything right. The next best possible thing we did was to ask help from customer support. This help did not come as fast as we would have expected it. It took too long, about a month, to resolve the situation which was very disappointing. It would be better if such issues are solved within a short timeline for ease of use of the product. All in all, we were able to get back on track after the issue was resolved.

PROS: The customer support is reliable to a point where you can depend on then to help you out whenever you face a problem. They respond to calls from users which is amazing on my part. When it comes to the installation of this product, it is easy. You can get started with ease which makes everything smooth. Whenever clients point out an issue or suggest a feature that once added in the tool it would be of huge help, the DialogTech team is willing to improve on that. It thus takes care of the needs and requirements of the clients which is bliss. It also has an API which is very helpful.
CONS: Apart from all the good things this tool brings, it has its drawbacks. The API can be difficult or overwhelming to use. It makes it difficult to customize the tool the way you want according to the needs of your business. If you want to customize, you have to go through a tiring process which not only requires a lot of effort but also time on your part. It would be better if the API was made simple so that it would be easy to customize the tool. Other than that, it helps to drive sales in a big way.

PROS: I loved the customer support that DialogTech has. They are very helpful from the training period to when you get the product up and running. They were able to offer assistance when I wanted to install the product into my system. They were with me every step of the way and whenever needed help, they would pick up my calls. The click to call conversions feature is intuitive and works fast to collect all the conversations of potential customers you want to convert. This way, you will be able to analyze how well different campaigns are performing. It helps to set up click to call feature such that calls are made automatically to potential customers when you are in the office for the purpose of convenience.
CONS: Although it has a great reporting feature, I would prefer if the reports were more detailed. It does not offer a simple to interpret report in the form of graph or any other easy to interpret form. It would be better if such a report was available automatically when you login. This would help to understand how the adverting campaigns. At the moment, the reports are working fine but they could be improved with graphical presentation which would be easy to understand and follow. All in all, the experience with this tool is none like other and I love all that it has to offer.

PROS: It boosts our marketing efforts when it comes to conversion. We are able to know which landing page works best in converting leads. With this tool, it is possible to get results within a short period as it helps to track lead sources without much hustle. We loved much because of the phone leads that increase conversion within a short period. This product has worked well for us in achieving our objectives in full. When it comes to finding a landing page that optimizes our campaigns, DialogTech is able to test two landing pages and point us in the right direction for which landing page converts most.
CONS: Tracking call lead sources, is not only easy when you have DialogTech with you but effective for your sales effort. It gives you the needed platform to improve your business and convert easily. However, it can be costly when the local currency weakens against the dollar. Since I am from Canada, this can be a huge problem. Although it is not the fault of DialogTech, the problem is still there to stay. This makes it difficult to track calls using this product due to the variations in currency strengths which keep changing due to economic factors that cannot be controlled. All in all, the functionality of this product is impressive and I love all of them.

PROS: It makes things easy. From the time you set it to when you want to set up numbers within the system. DialogTech equips us with the right skills to make the best use of the product. With our sales team, we are able to execute different actions, within the system without much hustle. Whenever we face an issue, we can reach out to the sales team or the customer support representative. They are highly responsive to our queries and do all they can to give a solution within no time. It is easy to use and train someone else where you can login to the system and see how everything is set up.
CONS: Although it has great reporting features, there is still much to be done on how you can manage multiple accounts and clients. For example, it is not possible to create multiple login for different clients. This means that you have to use a single login account when you want to bring in all other clients to view the accounts. This means that you have to share the login details which can be a security issue. I would prefer each client to have their own login details for their accounts so as to guarantee security for my account. Also, the exporting feature across different accounts is not that intuitive. It is not possible to export in bulk. I would like the developers of the tool to develop an API in order to enable this feature work for the better.

PROS: Since I started using this tool for more than 5 years, it has been impressive. It offers reliable and highly responsive customer support. Their customer support representatives know what they are doing. Whenever you make a call to them asking for help on a particular issue, they are always there for you. If they do not have a solution at the time, they will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible. For all those years I have been a user of DialogTech, they have been evolving with time in terms of the features they add in the tool. They address the requirements of their clients which gives users the needed support to perform better.
CONS: In terms of functionality, this tool is impressive all-round. It offers the best platform and features that allow you to convert your lead as soon as possible. However, for the long time we have been their clients, it is only once that I have seen then review the pricing on our account to ascertain that we are getting value for our money. This has not happened again which may imply that probably we are overpaying on the best part of using this tool. It would be nice if they could be reviewing our account for pricing to guarantee us that we are not paying more than we should be.
