PROS: There are lot of things I like about the Envoy. First of all I like the front desk because it makes strong impression on the client and it shows the intentions of the company. It helps us to put some simple things into the lobby, art on the walls, carpet, furniture and lot of things. But to be honest these things can be huge waste of time if you do not greet your visitors. Envoy doesn’t leave anything to the case. Thanks to the integration with our reception team we are able to keep track of pre-registered guests, NDA signing and many other features that helps us to welcome our guests and to greet all of them appropriately.
CONS: Whenever we face some minor issues they are quickly resolved from their tech support team.

PROS: Free trial was very simple to setup and get started.
CONS: EXPENSIVE. Far too many useless features make Envoy far more expensive than the value it provides. It also makes administering the app more time consuming than necessary.

PROS: Envoy helps us to make the guest registrations more professionally and smoothly. We have replaced our Waiver software because Envoy has a place for our NDA. We are able to customize the badge and to put guest wifi pass so our guests can feel more pleasurable.
CONS: I feel that the product is a bit flawless. It kept showing a message that our iPads need updates but the thing is they were already updated. But on the other hand, the software works great and this is not major issue.

PROS: I like that we use solution that helps us to print badges in less than hour. It is easy to set up and easy to use. I like that we are able to go from purchase to install in an hour.
CONS: I didn’t like that it required two doors ready for check in we already have 2 entrances in one facility and this was impossible. Its support team helps me to fix this problem and to find what I need in less time.

PROS: I like Envoy because it takes the admin out of running of time. In the past we had to be sure that we took all the steps in order to protect our business such as having specific log of the visitors, getting NDAs and etc. Thanks to Envoy the whole process is in perfect order and simplified. I like that the software has professional look.
CONS: I cannot really say that I have dislikes about this software, because whenever I run into some issue its support team is always ready to help me solve the issue.
