Flokzu Review

PROS: We analyzed 70 BPM apps and from what we've gathered, Flokzu is the best. We use it in our business to develop effective workflows and interfaces. It includes a trio of form, workflow, and permissions. You also won't need to have an IT specialist because it is very easy to create workflows using Flokzu. Its help desk is also very helpful in giving us valuable information we need to navigate the app. Furthermore, it has a large customer base and is relatively cheap compared to its competitors. Flokzu is a sure win when it comes to BPM apps.

CONS: We were able to use Flokzu with ease. Currently, we use to create automated workflows in a real estate business and it has only been helpful to us. We don't have to have an IT expert to use the application. This is a great plus as anyone in the team can easily navigate the application. To make things better, the Flokzu team welcomes our suggestion to make improvements in the app. As a result, we don't have anything bad to say because we've only experienced great things so far.

PROS: We love using Flokzu because of its easy to use interface and great features that truly helped our business to grow. We were able to convert the long corporate procedure into an easy to follow workflow and procedure. As a result, we were able to improve the quality of work and reduce operating costs. Automating procedures also paved the way for a more efficient work process.

CONS: There's really nothing to complain about because the good results outweigh whatever negative things we have experienced.

PROS: It is easy to learn how to use it because plenty of tutorials can be found on their site. It is also great or remote workers, especially for us who have team members in different countries. BPMN is also useful in completing complex processes.

CONS: It's nice if we can manage our database directly. Adding or deleting columns and rows will be convenient.

PROS: It's easy to process automatic migration; it also allows you to test a process before using it, and it has a BPMN 2.0 support. Another great feature is you don't have to be an expert to use it as you don't need to learn programming skills. It also has Zapier and Webservice integration. In addition to this, it is cloud-based and allows you to add users easily.

CONS: I hope it will allow us to use it as a white-label.

PROS: - Simple to use and learn. - Powerful features (process versions, public forms, external participants, timers, etc) - BPMN compliant - SaaS: no need to buy/configure/deploy software. - Nice User interface - Very friendly support

CONS: - It is not a BI tool, but it could incorporate more analytics. - It is not offered as on-premise

PROS: It allowed us to streamline operations in several countries, maximizing sales and team collaboration. Once we had our main processes automated, we moved forward with secondary processes.

CONS: No particular issues.
