Freedcamp Review

PROS: FreedCamp centralizes all the information we need on a certain project. We can access information very easily as they are organized in such a way that you can easily find them.

CONS: I don't have anything really bad to say about FreedCamp except that I wish it could improve on the mobile version as uploading of documents tends to be unsuccessful at the first try.

PROS: I could track how much my employees are spending time on a certain task. This feature makes FreedCamp unique compared to other management tools.

CONS: Timekeeping is quite inconvenient.

PROS: FreedCamp provides all the features you need at the right price.

CONS: I suggest enhancing the mobile version. Most check up on progress reports through phone so the mobile version should be workable.

PROS: FreedCamp allowed us to consistently meet our deadlines as Ic ould see which of my team is available to take on an urgent task.

CONS: It doesn't allow editing of several points simultaneously so I have to make edits on each point which is very time-consuming.

PROS: I have used other project management tools but Freedcamp is my favorite one. I like that I can pay only for things I need and I want to use and I don’t have to spend hundreds of dollars for things I don’t need. The UI is intuitive, clean and clear and no one has problems with using it. In addition, its brand doesn’t interact with ours.

CONS: The documentation needs some improvements. In addition, I cannot easily understand the integrations and tools.

PROS: I love the ability to track my own projects in real time and to stay on track. There are times when I’m not sure what I need to do on specific project, and all I have to do is to look at the backlog and to choose the next step that needs to be implemented. Prioritization and Sort are the keywords for FreedCamp.

CONS: It would be great if they could make an integration with Google Docs. I don’t have other dislikes about the software.

PROS: Freedcamp is the most flexible, intuitive and amazing PM software in the market today. What my team loves about this software is: an increased collaboration and communication, ability to customize the notification, ability to add outside members with various or limited level of access, decrease in redundancy. This software is functional and flexible like no other. I believe that if you compare this software with other you will see why we love the FreedCamp in our company. The price is affordable, you are able to pay monthly or annually, the team will help you and it will set up new plugins. Their service is amazing, they really do whatever needs to be done to meet their clients’ needs. They are very responsive and they always work to make the product to be the best. From my experience I really feel that they care about their product and their customers. Also, I love the add-ons, my team loves the FileEdit and they use it as online editor tool. You don’t have downloading files to make some minor changes you just need to reupload it back.

CONS: My team thinks that the interface needs some improvement, according to them is not very intuitive, but I believe they learned how the software works and I don’t believe that they have some issues with setting up projects.

PROS: First of all it’s free for multiple users and projects and the paid version is flexible and affordable. You can easily plan your projects and perfrom great collaboration through its UI and drag-and-drop features. We can update task stages and assgin them in less time. The communication is easy and tasks are streamlined.

CONS: I have run into some limitations especially when it comes to moving tasks between projects. Also, there is no mobile app. In addition, it can be quite complicated to rename files and folders, it would be great if they could add Gantt Chart too.

PROS: I have tried other project management systems, and finally I found Freedcamp and I can surely say that this is my favorite. What I really love about this software is that you can pay only for what you really need, you don’t have to spend $50-$100 on tools that you don’t use. Secondly, the interface is very intuitive, and clean, my clients don’t have any problems in using the interface. The branding doesn’t interact with my own like other PMS, it is very intuitive and user-friendly tool.

CONS: They could improve the documentation. Also, I feel like I need to figure out integrations and tools on my own.

PROS: I like that it allows me to change layoit of the pending tasks by using various filters. It is flexible product and offers screenshots and visuals. You can easily find images and files that are attached by using the “file” tab and then you can sort them by using different filters. It is great if you are dealing with lot of images and you can easily find some old assets.

CONS: I don’t like that if you don’t use its Subtask Pro you cannot add updates or comments to the subtask. I really like to use the sbs because only completing but main tasks allow me to put “In Progress”

PROS: With this tool I’m not only available to manage large projects but even small tasks for our clients who need some support with their projects. I love the ability to export data, set deadlines and levels of importance. This is really helpful for planning the tasks and projects. We can integrate it with KPI’s and track the whole progress via dashboard that gets the information from the data we use.

CONS: It’s functional but not visually appealing. It’s not colorful like some other interfaces. But, this is not a problem at all, I like the software.

PROS: This is great tool to manage all you projects and tasks especially when you’re dealing with huge amount of ongoing projects. The good thing is that you can organize your tasks and subtasks into the project, set up dates, milestones, reminders and track progress. It provides multiple dashboards that allow you to keep track of ongoing tasks on a daily basis. It meets all out management needs and it makes our work more organized and manageable.

CONS: This is perfect solution, it meets all our needs and I like everything that’s within the product.

PROS: I like that I am able to change the layout of the pending tasks by using various filters. In addition, by using “File” tab you can easily find images and files that are attached to an update into the task and you can sort them by using various filters. It is also very helpful if you have lot of images, you can easily find old assets.

CONS: Creating of sub-task is only possible with Subtask Pro, but if you don’t have this version then you cannot add updates or comments to subtask. They can be selected as complete. Subs allows you only completing but main tasks allow you to put “In Progress”.
