PROS: Quality tool for scheduling purposes such as making appointments and bookings among others. It is very smooth to learn and use. Using it has provided a great experience.

CONS: We cannot find any guides or tutorials for using the app at first. User support is quite unreliable too. This makes the platform somehow difficult to use for people who are not that tech-savvy.

The least favorable review

PROS: Scheduling appointments can just be a tedious affair all around and I'm really thankful that this software has made that whole process move along quickly. If it took me half an hour to do this before, I can accomplish all of it now in less than 10 minutes, at the most. It's really just made my work much easier and I will probably be using this for a long time.

CONS: I do think that this software isn't as great of purchase if the job you are in doesn't require a lot of appointment-taking. There's a fee involved when you use it beyond its trial period, and it's hard to justify that purchase if you're not going to be using it that much.

PROS: I really appreciated how user-friendly this is, whatever end of the software you're on. I was also able to use it to collect payments, which really made everything move along so much more quickly for our business.

CONS: Right now the only thing I think they can improve on are their analytics features. It's not as user-friendly as the rest of the software. If they work on this, it could really bring this software to the next level.

PROS: Keeping a record of all schedules for my business has become more efficient through this platform. Our clients can easily make their schedules online without hassles too. Moreover, if clients give accurate details in their schedules, I don’t have to worry about missing their calls anytime. I can easily sync their schedule into my own!

PROS: This tool is packed with features that I and my clients love. With it, all parties are allowed to set and update appointments. We get prompted whenever we have an appointment coming up too! There are just so many things you can do with this tool to stay on top of your schedule.

CONS: A recent update seemed to have erased a chunk of customer information from the database. We had to allocate time just to have everything set up again. Integration with Google has had a few hiccups too.

PROS: In find Genbook really convenient because it works around my schedule. All I have to do is to input the projected length of my meetings, and it will find the best timeslot for me. Also, in the spirit of convenience, it manages to retrieve all the data I need in just a matter of seconds.

CONS: It can be hard to multitask with this tool. You have to close one calendar first before you open a new one.

CONS: Rebookings are only allowed at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled one. Can the developers adjust this please? Say, an hour?

PROS: More than anything, the thing that I loved the most about this software is how easy it was to use, how simple it is, and how it didn't have a steep learning curve. I very quickly got the hang of it, so I could use it immediately to book and adjust appointments and get our business in order.

CONS: I didn't have a hard time getting the hang of it, but I can imagine people who aren't as tech-savvy maybe having a much more difficult time. The software doesn't have a lot of tutorials, and I wasn't as impressed with the customer support agents. That's certainly one aspect that the makers can improve.

PROS: It's not just me who thinks that this software is user-friendly. My friends who use it also think the same. Everyone involved gets to see the times and the appointments inputted, so there's really no miscommunication on both ends. I can be confident that my appointments are in place and I'm assuming this frees up the businesses to do other things rather than spend time on taking down appointments.

CONS: I think one feature that could really improve this is if they allow users to request for a time that's not on the list published on the software. Or maybe being able to request for someone that the software says is unavailable.
