PROS: The system and the customer support staff are both excellent. We wanted a platform that allowed our staff to do their job in the store without spending a lot time in data entry. Sometimes, information would be inaccurate or lost because the employees were not able to remember all the details. GoSpotCheck software helps them to offer accurate data as they can categorize everything correctly.

CONS: There are no visible minus points that I can lay my finger on.

The customer support is responsive and prompt and the agents resolve all issues quickly.

CONS: The vendor has been very responsive and incorporated all our suggestions to enhance the solution. So, I don’t have any issues to point out.

PROS: The system and the customer support staff are both excellent. We wanted a platform that allowed our staff to do their job in the store without spending a lot time in data entry. PROS: GoSpotCheck’s customer support is top class and very helpful. The agents are very knowledgeable and prompt to resolve your issues. They follow up with you with dedication and provide reassuring support when needed. The system is easy to use and you simply have to follow instructions to set up custom missions for your needs. The reporting feature is easy to view and professional.

CONS: The pricing packages are expensive, but the investment is worth it given the many benefits.
