PROS: The system and the customer support staff are both excellent. We wanted a platform that allowed our staff to do their job in the store without spending a lot time in data entry. Sometimes, information would be inaccurate or lost because the employees were not able to remember all the details. GoSpotCheck software helps them to offer accurate data as they can categorize everything correctly.
CONS: There are no visible minus points that I can lay my finger on.
