Grade.us Review

PROS: Online reviews are very beneficial for every type of business, it is very helpful for their branding and growth. I recommend Grade.Us whenever a client requests a software system and a real time streaming for reviews for its website. This product gains information from Google+, Yelp, Facebook and other networks that my customers use for leaving reviews. I am able to manage each set of reviews and provide my clients with Review.Us email-option. I added 4 more clients to this system.

CONS: I sent them some suggestions and recommendations for future upgrades, so there is no space for dislikes, at all.

PROS: Grade.us helps us to easily get reviews for both us and our customers. We are allowed to choose what kind of reviews we want to publish before they go to the general public. When I started to use this program, I was very confused and overwhelmed and I asked one of their customer support representatives to help me understand the system. I have to say, that this guy was very patient, responsive and knowledgeable and helped me to better understand the program.

CONS: Only thing that I don’t like is the fact that there are more options for profiles than in industry specific. I figured out that I can set up the options by myself, they still don’t look professional like others. For e.g. whenever I want to upload the logo it looks weird compared to others. To be honest, this is not big deal in my case.

PROS: Its layout is one of the best for this kind of programs, it is intuitive and user friendly for both user and customers. I Use 2 different dealerships and I am able to manage both of them from 4 person task to 1 person being able to do all the work. It has great customer service.

CONS: There is nothing to dislike about this product.

PROS: Grade.us has great set of features and affordable prices. It helps us to acquire reviews. It has autoresponder system so you can drip the review requests, I use the review invitation feature and printable invitation cards. All negative reviews are sent to the team first, thus, allows for the team to respond the review before it becomes public. Other good thing is that the system track more than 80 review sites and many social media networks and industry sites. All the emails may be streamed to every website, and they are all well-organized. I experienced great improvement over the last six months.

CONS: It’s not a dislike, but I’d say friendly suggestion. They could implement a sign-in option for clients so they can keep track of their own reviews. I’m not sure if the app can share positive reviews directly on social media.

PROS: I am new to Grade.Us product, and I have to say that I am very satisfied with the platform and what we can manage in our company through this program. We have great experience with this program. Allows us to generate reviews to different sites and to manage the future ones. As an admin, I love the report feature, the reports I get are noticeable and detailed, I am able to send them to anyone without editing and adjusting.

CONS: I don’t have any dislikes about this product. The team is really helpful and responsive and they constantly add new features.

PROS: Grade.Us is very powerful system for collecting reviews for our customers. It is great solution because it can be done via email, it provides monitoring features, review streaming and even email delivery option. I love the fact that this program offers marketing and sales material to agencies to support the idea to prospect and clients. There you can find great branded landing pages and review audit tools so you can easily resell the services to your clients.

CONS: Those users who complete the reviews are not automatically removed from the email lists. The reports are not so powerful because don’t pull the data prior to the date when the monitoring began.

PROS: I have used other programs similar to Grade.Us and I found this tool to be more effective for my business. Its features are great and it is very easy to use. I found lot of flexibility in features and set-up options. The other good thing is that allows an integration with marketing on and offline. I can easily implement the widgets into the website. QR codes and printable business cards are great options for those who have high traffic. Also, there are great Label and reseller options. I use Toggles and controls to hide some specific reviews. I am provided with great email support for every question I have.

CONS: I don’t have dislikes yet. I’m just not sure how it will scale if I add 100 users or more. Right now works great and it is easy to manage dozen profiles. There is also and “Agency” option and the interface might come up with better solution.

PROS: Grade.us helps me to increase the response rate via email drip campaigns to request reviews from my customers. I am able to add hundreds customers to the system and the emails are divided to a few days, this is really helpful because I won’t get bunch of reviews at once.

CONS: I don’t have dislikes for this product. Just, I find that some review sites are not being added to the system yet, but I use the option to create a custom link.

PROS: Grade.Us system provides support for multiple profiles and clients. It offers nurturing email streams for review, depending upon the recipients’ responses and when to end them. I receive an email notification whenever I get new reviews. It has filters to avoid the unfavorable reviews and automatic sharing option to Facebook and Twitter. It has great reporting options and helpful technical support.

CONS: The reports are not very customizable, but this is not an issue for me. It works perfectly.

PROS: The system is not demanding and intrusive. It offers importance and reminders for each customer through a series of only 3 drips.

CONS: I’d like to rate this product with 10, but I cannot figure out a way how to send my campaigns directly into inbox and not into spam folder. It would be great if the review manager can keep better log on my reviews, because I don’t think he does.
