PROS: InTouch CRM offers eight top features in one system. These features include social media, help desk, billing management, sales pipeline management, sales contact management, labels and mailmerge for direct mail, SMS marketing, surveys and polls, forms for website capture, and the core feature of email marketing which includes multi-steps auto-responders. InTouch CRM is an ideal app for office-based sales reps. The single view of customer is a robust feature for sales. Plus, the vendor provides top rate customer support. In short, InTouch CRM offers multichannel, multimedia, multitouch sales and marketing functionality at an affordable cost.
CONS: Certain features may not be as robust as those offered by dedicated CRM software. InTouch CRM can add more integrations and improve its handling of social channels. To be fair, you have to compromise when it comes to any CRM app.
