PROS: Logging in to Keka HR from any device is a boon since I am always in the field. It is also awesome that I can easily view and download payroll details without the help of the IT or the HR departments.

PROS: I love that this tool lets me check in on my team and ask for updates even when I am away from the office. I haven't had any trouble learning this tool as well.
CONS: Since I constantly check in on my team even when I'm on vacation, I find that the mobile version had some drawbacks. Because of that, I rely on mostly the desktop version.

PROS: I've now handed off the bulk of my payroll tasks to Keka and I couldn't be any happier. I used to be in charge of processing the payroll of employees in a big company, but now I can initiate and complete other projects thanks to Keka working on the background.
CONS: This isn't much of a problem for me, but you need to have at least a little background in tax and payroll processing to be able to fully make use of Keka's features.

PROS: We started using the software a couple of months back and I must say that it really has made the processes we perform for finance go much more smoothly. Our whole pay process is now digital and accomplished online, which as you can imagine has made everything just simpler and quicker. It's also been a great help in keeping our information protected and organized, which makes it easy to pull up any information we may need. Within the company, I've also seen it ensure that only assigned people get to notice specific fields with the use of protection highlights.
CONS: To be frank about it, all that we could ask from a Payroll software has been met by this program. I literally cannot think of anything about it that could be made better.

PROS: The great thing about this is that using it has resulted in our HR procedures and process to move along in a quick and easy manner. I found the My Team section to be really useful since it allowed me to have a quick and easy overview of the people that I am handling.
CONS: I don't have any problems with it now, but I do admit that there was a bit of a learning curve when I was trying to do the process for adjusting the attendance log. Maybe they could further simplify this in future versions?
