PROS: Lead Liaison really delivers in terms of email marketing solutions that are tailored to the needs not only of my business but also that of my clients'. Their support ois topnotch, always following up and keeping their promise. They send me updates on improvements and changes they are working on or rolling out and train me on how to implement these changes and integrate them into my customer base.
CONS: There is nothing I dislike about Lead Liasion. They have covered every base and I have no complaints. That said, I would love it if I can write notes about my clients in the contacts section.

I love how the email marketing feature extends the reach of our email marketin campaigns.
CONS: It's not an easy to application to work with right off the bat. You really need to be very familiar with the system in order to fully maximize its potential.

PROS: Lead Liaison allows us to monitor our marketing and content from a unified location. I really dig the fact that I can track my prospects, gather all relevant information, and see all their activities on my website. I get high quality, actionable insights into what content that really interests them and it really is a big deal that I know when to initiate contact or follow up.
CONS: Lead Liaison should consider adding new features, particulalry the ability to use video platforms in addition to Wistia to monitor video news.

PROS: Lead Liaison is very user-friendly and the support team is very knowledgeable and reponds promptly to any query or issue. Their support is also flexible to special requests and helps us discover features and functionalities that are suited to our needs.
CONS: Not much. Lead Liaison really is responsive to our needs. Whenever we have problems, all we have to do is contact their support team and all our problems are addressed.

PROS: The software platform integrates separate modules that can be activated all together or can stand alone, which offers users with an a la cart menu that they can work on as their ROI rockets skyward. Tracking visitors on our website lets us identify interested prospects and approach them in the best possible manner to secure conversion and sales. The tracking feature also tells us if our email marketing campaigns are effective or not.
CONS: The module system can have an adverse effect. It can be quite expensive if you decide to get all so you can fully enjoy maximum functionality.

PROS: I like how I can now monitor my website visitors in real time. This functionality is a huge deal for sales team as they can see what our website visitors are viewing, which indicates where their interests are.
CONS: Back then, their email system needed a lot of work but it has improved a lot. Now, I have issue with their WYSIWYG editor, which can go bonkers at times. I have to switch to HTML code to remedy the situation.

PROS: Integration is easy and management is painless. Lead Liaison simply works. We haven't encountered any major issues. For minor ones, their customer service is more than capable of handling them. They also listed to customer feedback for new features and suggestions, as they pick them up and realize them in a short time.
