PROS: Their support team is great and they definitely made our onboarding so much easier! We didn't have difficulties at all despite experiencing some problems.
CONS: I find the porting process a bit laborious but it's not Nextiva's fault.

PROS: The best thing about Nextiva is their tech support team! They are really professional and they know all the stuff about their work! They respond promptly and resolve any issues in no time. Prompt response is badly needed since even the littlest issue can cause delays to our services.
CONS: It doesn't cover fax calls.

PROS: It's an affordable app with so many features! Our client communications leveled up big time with features like the call waiting voice overs. I also love their support team because they are responsive and always ready to help.
CONS: I used to have problems with uploading audio files for call greetings, but their support team is always ready to help.

PROS: This software is a great VoIP alternative! We have been using it for quite a while and everything has been really good -- the solutions they offer are top-notch and it makes our work and services more professional!

PROS: I usually use Nextiva for ordering products, adding and removing employees, and connecting with team members from different parts of the country. Nextiva has been helpful to me in doing those tasks! It's accessible via mobile phone and their customer support team is the best one I've ever encountered!
CONS: There is some information I don't fully understand unless I ask the support team.

PROS: A really helpful and excellent support representative was assigned to us and ever since we started communicating, all our issues are resolved immediately. This system does its job and has helped us a lot especially in our expansion. We were able to grow up to more than 30 employees in no time.
CONS: They could improve the dashboard and analytics to make it more user-friendly.

PROS: Nextiva is a trusted app! It proved to us its worth when we organized a telethon to raise funds for those affected by the COVID-19 pandemic. This app made it possible to route donor calls to the numbers of our volunteers from different areas in the country! And Nextiva allowed us to use their services for free for that particular activity! Generous company, great staff!

PROS: I love Nextiva because of its wide range of features which I find really useful and time-saving! My favorite is the sending of voicemails to emails because it's easier to check that way. It also allows us to connect our org's official phone number to our mobile phones, so we no longer have to worry about missed calls from our partners or clients.

PROS: I mainly use this to communicate with my clients, and I love that I don't have to switch phones for me to use our business number. It also sends the voice mail via email which makes it more convenient for me.
CONS: The app rings your phone quite quickly so you tend to miss the call, you have to be alert. I also experienced some delays when I pick up a call.

Our company has had Nextiva for 6 months and we have not had any dropped calls, no audio issues, no outages, and the transition from our landline service to their VOIP service was easy and stress free. No complaints about Nextiva. They do an awesome job!

Very reliable! And the customer support is fantastic. I have only called in a couple times, however, each time the support rep has been very polite, patient, and answered all of my questions instead of being passed around to different representatives. Any time we have needed to upgrade or add something to our plan, it has always been a simple and efficient process. Not too many cons!
