PROS: It's an all-in-one coworking space management solution.
CONS: The documentation is very poor and lots of features are built in an inter-connected way so if you change one thing you cannot change another thing. E.g. You cannot delete a user until all accesses are revoked, all outstanding invoices are paid, all contracts are cancelled AND all bookings are cancelled. Lots of reports have errors and contract signing is not as smooth as it was, and it has been a month since the new UI was deployed but the documentation is still old. Support sometimes takes more than two days to respond which is unacceptable for someone trying to do a fresh deployment.
