It has everything you need from automated hiring and onboarding to nurturing employees and managing them effectively. A go to platform for all things HR. Our organization has a mix of both mid-aged and well as young employees so we were looking for a solution that was both easy to use and effective and we found that in peopleHum.

PROS: It provides everything under one roof with separate modules targeted towards hiring, managing, and nurturing the workforce. In addition, the analytics and Integrated AI Bot put automation in action. The icing on the cake would be the affordable pricing, along with customizable integrations depending on user needs.
CONS: It has most things optimized to user standards, although adding a few more Games, quizes and ready trivia might make the COVID times much more enjoyable.

PROS: We have been using peopleHum for about 1 year and would like to specify that the platform is used extensively in our company to manage the employees and maintain proper records and on top of that, it's used in talent management, managing attendance and it also has applicant tracking system among other things. It helps to put an ease to our manual and tedious HR process.The best part is the analytics-driven insights that you get on the company’s hiring funnel. It's stable to use and it helps to execute a number of capabilities with ease thereby streamlining our HR operations.

PROS: peopleHum is the 2019 global Codie Award-winning next-generation platform for best human capital management, Integrated for one view across all employee aspects in your organization Provides all modules from hiring, engagement, performance, employee experience to exit. The icing on the cake would be the affordable pricing, along with customizable integrations depending on user needs.
CONS: Including a Timesheet and a platform for learning would be effective during these times, but when I last spoke with them, they were already on launching these features soon.

PROS: I loved how easy it was to manoeuver the interface. Everything was right where it needed to be found. So the ease of functionality on this platform is amazing. What I liked most was the engagement feature. Tracking tasks and dependencies, and setting reminders was achieved in a few clicks. This visually appealing and pragmatic goal-tracker just powers-up productivity.
CONS: Nothing majorly upsetting as of now. But I await to see what they could have to store!

PROS: peopleHum helps in all of the HR activities and that's why it is super easy to use. It's got a very intuitive interface and helps in organising activities really well. It gives important information like who is my best recruiter and who is my best recruiter.
CONS: peopleHum is very cost-effective and their Android and iOS apps are really well structured. It's hard to come by cons on this platform.

PROS: Their amazing usability is the best part of the entire platform. We've been loving the new WFH features and chatbot deployment is the best thing that has happened in the HR domain.
CONS: Everything is relatively good, also for some organization the hierarchical structure visibility can be a concern but that can be easily fixed from the backend.

PROS: Pros are that they offer the product really cheap. I saw the review on this website which mentioned that they don't offer some kinds of support but that is not true. They offer any kind of support you need. The data migration was very easy and we had no problem to start using the platform. Very diligent support as well who gave us all the training at no extra cost. The platform is well designed and they are still launching new features for use on the platform which I really appreciate. They really hear us out and want to make the platform the best possible.
CONS: When applying for leave, there is no option to notify the entire team but you can put the names of the people and it auto-fills.
