PROS: Fabulous and neat UI, convenient features for management tasks, and has a significantly smaller price than its competitors. I haven’t experienced difficulties when pulling all members into its dashboard, managing different channels, and handling notifications for everybody. Its API lets us integrate the tools we are already using in our company as well.

CONS: Team alerts are difficult to customize. I hope this would become easier to handle.

PROS: First, it has a sweet price deal that is very affordable for our company. Second, it is easy to integrate into our company that we don’t even need to undergo trainings or webinars. And lastly, it has robust functionalities but doesn’t cause any difficulties to anybody in our team.

CONS: We’ve experienced some certificate problems where the technical team of Ryver is responsible for fixing. It is a good thing, however, that they’ve done their part quickly.

PROS: It works as a dependable tool for communication with tons of useful features. It has reliable security barriers too since anybody needs to get admin approval to enter our hub. This leaves unauthorized people unable to infiltrate our company privacy.

CONS: Ryver can only send one file on each message. Thus, it is quite inconvenient to send a few files to anybody.

PROS: The absolute communication platform that we need, especially that it caters discussions in forum formats. Ryver has a reasonable price that covers a lot of users too. This lets us easily connect with clients and suppliers smoothly.

CONS: Viewing discussions and conversations is quite difficult. Also, audio and video files are problematic when handled on the platform. Plus, we often encounter errors when using the Android web application.

PROS: Since our company has begun using Ryver, we’ve experienced great improvements with our communication, and it is easier to create and assign team projects through this platform. The report feature is wonderful because it carries all info I need to work with; thus, long and tedious reporting processes are now unnecessary. Moreover, it receives frequent updates each month that boosts the platform, and it is backed with a professional user support team that helps me every time a problem takes place. The choice of using Ryver is really a big leap for our business in terms of planning and other processes, and it is great that I use it in my office.

CONS: I take a long time to download files for reporting since I need to grab them individually and I usually need to deal with more than 10 documents. Also, I am having a hard time in personalizing the platform, so features that I frequently use appear first on the dashboard. I hope there are efficient options for this.

PROS: We’ve gone through seamless integration because Ryver easily catered most of the platforms we’re already using, and that’s because of its amazing API. This helps us easily spread information among team members about events or project status. Yes, Ryver has some flaws, but its developers are doing great in boosting the tool through regular updates. And Ryver comes in amazingly affordable packages than other popular options too.

CONS: When on Linux, the left navigation panel sometimes shows and disappears in an unsystematic manner. This doesn’t affect the overall performance of the tool, but this pushes me to do manual steps in checking notifications and alerts. It is somehow inconvenient.

PROS: Stellar ease of integration, use and customizability, plus it allows everybody in our team to easily share files such as photos and documents. It features a fabulous UI that supports seamless navigation for users too. I generally have great user experience with this app, especially that it has improved our operations and collaborative work as a team.

CONS: It consumes too much time when processing a large size of data or files. But aside from that issue, I haven’t experienced any problem that affects work operations. That’s primarily because it is a complete and very convenient app for our team.

PROS: Ryver is a lot better than other tools that serve similar purposes because of its easy to use but simple interface. It runs efficiently on PC and mobile as well, so we don’t experience troubles when using it as an online dashboard for our operations. It helps us keep in touch with co-workers from great distances, and helps us handle difficult projects efficiently.

CONS: I wish for small changes such as allowing us to make paragraphs within a single post since the interface doesn’t let us press enter to achieve such format. However, I really don’t have any bad comments about this platform and its existing features.

PROS: This is a brilliant tool that is specifically geared for handling forum discussions, and it does it jobs smoothly. Using the app is hassle-free as well, such as for managing user accounts and adding new participants or members. It is also compatible with Zapier, which is another big plus in terms of functionality. Moreover, the installable app works seamlessly with the online platform, thus we don’t experience difficulties when using either of them. And Ryver has a dependable user support team that instantly helps me anytime, such as when I need to configure it for the first time.

CONS: Slack is still better because Ryver has no options for voting, as well as similar features with Single Sign On. Moreover, Ryver isn’t compatible with the G-Suites, which is quite problematic because most people use such a platform from Google. Lastly, setting up a Ryver domain name is quite inconvenient because you need to contact user support for the task, unlike the ease of modifying display or profile name.

PROS: Easy to set up because you only need to click on a URL, instead of inconveniently going through an inconvenient integration process. Plus, it is wonderfully affordable at the price of $99 each month for an unlimited amount of storage and number of users. Surely a very sweet deal than other options, that we easily abandoned our old platform in favor of this.

CONS: It cannot handle screen sharing and multimedia forums efficiently. Thus, we experience some difficulties when using video and audio files. However, it works great for messaging.
