CONS: It takes time to learn about Creatio, exactly why doing so requires training. Nevertheless, their technical support team is tremendously helpful in giving simple explanations on how I can go about working around Creatio.

PROS: Creatio is easy to use and robust of useful features. We continue to learn more about Creatio. Luckily, Creatio has a customer care staff that are highly knowledgeable and helpful.

CONS: While we are impressed with its flexibility in terms of personalization, we remain to face difficulties in fully unlocking what it still can offer as we feel we are left on our own to figure them out. Also, I wish it could provide more ready-made templates for bulk email as we usually create them individually.
