PROS: Creatio is easy to use and robust of useful features. We continue to learn more about Creatio. Luckily, Creatio has a customer care staff that are highly knowledgeable and helpful.
CONS: While we are impressed with its flexibility in terms of personalization, we remain to face difficulties in fully unlocking what it still can offer as we feel we are left on our own to figure them out. Also, I wish it could provide more ready-made templates for bulk email as we usually create them individually.

PROS: The most amazing thing about Creatio is its capacity to gather as much data it can, store it in one place in order, and instantly comb through this trove of data to pull out what you need. What more is that you can access these data on mobile devices.
