Schedulicity Review

PROS: It makes things more convenient for our clients. All they need to do is visit our website and book an appointment via Schedulicity which is already integrated within the system.

CONS: It would be nice if they can customize some of its existing reports. Thus making it easy for business owners, managers and staff to look into the KPI’s that matter most to the business.

PROS: The product provides real value for money because it works well in setting up appointments without any hitch. It gives you less stress in managing your schedule.

CONS: I’ve got no issues when it comes to the product itself because it works really well. However, I tried calling customer support several times and I don’t like the way the staff deals with clients. They lack empathy, enthusiasm, and eagerness to help.

PROS: Booking an appointment is relatively easy using this system. I can block my preferred time slots on the calendar especially if there’s a need for me to cater to other concerns aside from my clients.

CONS: They should put brief descriptions of the icons showing on the left side of the system. Sometimes I tend to click the wrong icon which is quite troublesome for me.

PROS: Schedulicity allows me to schedule appointments for people who would like to avail of massage therapy. All I need to do is log in to the system and block out their preferred schedule and confirm the appointment. Using this tool helps me become more efficient in my job which makes me very happy because a lot of customers are extremely satisfied.

CONS: The overall look of the application needs more improvement. Users like me will appreciate if the developer can make more changes to the interface. Other than that the program itself is very much okay.

PROS: The program itself is so uncomplicated to use. There is no need for tutorials or special lessons to figure out how to schedule clients. Everyone in the office loves the app, and the same things go for our clients.

CONS: It would be nice if they could promote Schedulicity in a bigger market. So that more clients and business owners would be aware of its functionality and benefits.

PROS: Learning my way around the system is not that difficult at all. Schedulicity allows me to book customer appointments ahead of time allowing me to sell more items and meet my quota.

CONS: The user interface of the program is somehow outdated in terms of design. It’s something that they can improve any time soon.

PROS: A lot of clients prefer using this platform because of the ease of doing online transactions rather than doing walk-ins. At least the staff is aware of who comes in on a certain time.

CONS: Minimal system glitches such as double booking of appointments. But we can make changes right away so there’s really nothing much to worry about. Also, the system would ask for an email address so that the customer can receive a confirmation SMS which some people don’t feel comfortable sharing.

PROS: This scheduling program and their team offer an amazing service. I have several accounts and they give excellent support. We are planning to use it for our entire organization, as it's that good!

CONS: They are working on more customized templates, but their customer support team finds a way to please whenever there is a need.
